Surely they can't go ahead with the election after this...?? It should be delayed until after charges are put to those arrested. If they do push through with the election to keep Blatter, it just reinforces most peoples view that the whole organisation stinks. How on earth any organisation can be subject to sustained corruption allegations and still carry on as if nothing has happened, is beyond me.

Thoroughly deserved. Got bossed around in the second half, but a real team effort especially the back four. Couldn't really name a MoM and just as importantly, no one hid from the task. Considering we had both full backs out I'm a very happy bunny...

I don't see any problem with spending big in January if RK feels the need. A top class striker for the inevitable injury/suspension to Pelle, a GK and we're nearly there. It's one of those rare seasons where, at the moment, a CL place appears to be up for grabs. There will never be a better time for a team like Saints to break into the top four. Arsenal and Utd will also be spending big this next window in an attempt to make it as well. If we do spend big, those new players will also be a magnet for others in the summer. Seems like a win/win situation to me....
