In that time we have had to play Leedsx2 Colchester Huddersfield Millwall Swindon MK Dons and are now left only to play Charlton and Bristol Rovers

But we are currently only 8 points behind Huddersfield who I think will finish above Colchester

We have a much easier end of Season compared with both Huddersfield and Colchester HT Exeter 1 Colchester 0

We are noe 12 points from the Playoffs as Colchester are drawing so we are getting worse even though we are not playing:confused: But now we are only 11 Points Off with a game in hand which could mean we are going to be 8 points from the play offs

Sorry what I meant was Burley should have done better Morgan and Adam are a year older and stronger and more experienced so I would have expected an improvement but it maybe down to the new coaches

I agree a settled team is what is required but the JPT has not helped with players coming in and playing well ie Antonio. Also with no Morgan the Midfield lacks creativity in the middle so the team changes

So what happens when the replacements tactics dont work?

Because Antonio played well at Wembley and Morgan was not available ?

So he was against MK Dons in the JPT when we won relatively easily

So he should have and possibly done a bit better as George Burley had done. Not sure Pardew would have done any better last season than was achieved

I agree but I think he should be given at least a dozen games but I am not sure how he would be replaced

I think Ted and Lawrie should have better figures than the managers we have had in the Premier League as it was fairer in th 60s and 70s

It is not the actual amount of money it is the players bought Harding cost nothing as did Jaidi

Well it does help as Pardew and Burley have found out with the help of Lambert Barnard John and Saga Rasiak

It is pointless Pardew has been here less than a season in League 1 with a team which cost probably five times more than the next expensive and probably over 25 times the amount of most

Just shows Stats can be used to show anything Would have Ted and Lawrie anytime

I think we wil get between 72 and 75 points which would have got us into the playoffs in some seasons

If you expected the play offs I agree with you post but as I did not it was a reasonable result as Brighton are one of the League 1 form teams.

Seabourne? Jaidi and Perry were playing quite well with Trottman being replaced with Fonte and Thomas in reserve I do believe we did bid for someone else
