  1. The agreement would include something about selling Lowe/Wilde selling their shares in the future and not returning. Otherwise you are right it would be a stupid approach
  2. Yes you are right but can you think of a better approach. It is a shame Crouch did not come up with the idea when he was in charge but I think he was expecting an takeover from Fulthorpe.
  3. No the 6 million goes to the club nothing goes to Wilde and Lowe they still have their shares they of course could return but the deal will probably include their non return. I think it is a good approach but then I dont have £6 mill
  4. Although I understand your sentiments surely the best way forward is to reduce the debt as described and Lowe and Wilde will no longer run the club although they will have shares. If they did go through boycotting as you suggest the debt would still be there are likely to be larger and some of it would have to be paid off before buying players
  5. The structure of the payments into the club would not havebeen gifts, rather interest free loans repayable on the club’s return to the Premiership. That is going to take some time so it probably is a gift
  6. Perhaps he cant speak Polish or Czech
  7. http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/4077382.Saints_explain_van_der_Waals__role/ At long last an explanation He appears to be an agent not employed by the club but would no doubt earn fees
  8. If this manager is so good why has he not got a job
  9. JP apparently had more experience of leading teams of youngsters when the club had no money I thought was the reason given. But I still dont know whether he resigned or was sacked. I agree with Ottery if he was sacked I would have thought Wotte would have been sacked as well. It does not add up
  10. I did not know why they needed a press conference in the first place. But when it was announced I thought it may be a way of letting fans know what is really going on. But keeping us in the dark only leads to rumours most which are probably untrue. So now we are probably in a worse position than we were early this morning
  11. Yes I agree for this season but not last. However I do think overall he is probably our best outfield player
  12. Nothing is guarnteed in football he may do well Dowies has succeeded in the past and also failed as well Likewise with Curbishley
  13. As an avid fan I think it is very difficult to run a football club objectively Difficult but not impossible
  14. Is that the same Mary Corbett who got Wilde into SFC in the first place. I think her judgement is very questionable
  15. I am sorry but I dont real know what you think Lowe should be doing in this time of emergengy. Perhaps the finances are OK Surely you dont want him to play or coach the team?
  16. So you dont go skiing neither do I
  17. I am sorry that you do not agree with me but we have no money and therefore have a poor team. If we had a substantial amount of money I would fully agree that a better approach could have been taken I thought Lowe was at St Mary's on Friday before he went off on holiday. I still do not know 100% if JP was sacked or resigned
  18. That is what I would have thought too. And Lowe may have a mobile phone so he can be contacted in the event of a serious problem
  19. I dont think it is significant . The guy at the game at Farnborough was thought to be a possible investor. But Barcelona said it was the guy he saw at the airport and was involved in putting the deal together to bring JP and Wotte to SFC so crushing another takeover rumour
  20. What does running the club actually mean? I thought the team was being run by Wotte from today
  21. I would not think he needed permission to line up a manager. But if he is involved with a takeover I would have thought it a good thing to be prepared. Whether it is true is another matter
  22. Sorry I was going to say But Crouch's one main advantage is that he is not called Rupert Lowe meaning the fans would rather have anybody rather than Lowe. Although I do think Lowe's name and background do not help him By the way I am not a Lowe luvvie and would like to see him eventually go. But as that seems unlikely at the moment so we have to live with him being Chairman
  23. Yes I agree completely with what you are saying.
