Agreed, but I just can't see any point of counting on him any more. Enough is Enough, let him retire gracefully.

Next week it will be, No not quite right yet, I'll be good for Boxing Day though; He is finished, we need to move on and stop living in cloud cuckoo land as far as he's concerned.

Football transfers are going to take a nose dive. We should have taken every last penny on offer in August , we'll probably still sell the same players in January but for half the price.
-
Correct, they'll never know. Just run up an invoice from some registered gas fitter that has gone bust or done a runner with the cash box and bob's your uncle.

Those towers are all in a remarkable straight line, one well directed 747 launched at maximum speed ,would probably take out 3/4 of them. Just thinking aloud.

Waterside Taekwondo, bloke called Colin Graves, used to post on the old forum, certainly does on this one under a different name. Here we go:http://www.watersidetaekwondoclub.co.uk/Club%20Instructor.htm Now his wife worked for an estate agent and he used to post up hot tips about players selling houses before moving on.

Wenger had to take a job in Japan after leaving Monaco, not up to the job according to some.

I see Skate have just appointed a Dutchman to the role of "first team coach". Jan will be able to go down there for a **** up and see if they've got any cheap rubbish they can let us have. Dutch coaches= Way to go (just until the fashion changes) Lowe is a visionary , I mean if Skate have one, well then we had one first.

We have one, been fitted about 3 years works fine. But then nobody ever turns the knobs, just on the 38 degree setting with the little red button, that blocks it from going higher without pressing the button. Don't know anything about calibrating it though, our motto, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". We got it from Castorama, which is part of the Kingfisher group I think, cost about 300 euros and it's fitted to an electric water tank as we're all electric apart from wood fires.

He probably wasn't even in the US, I think he was doing something with a film he made at the Cannes festival at the time.He "knew" even if he didn't KNOW. Said he wasn't interested, that's all.

A little bird told me Vulcan were swamped with mails and even middle of the night calls asking for details and news of when PA was going to take over the club. Kids, grannies, idiots, everyone was pestering them night and day for a fair old while. They got ****ed off. You'll have to take my word for it though,or not as you choose makes no difference now. Why I bet at least one poster on this forum actually rang them, if not several, Anyone care to own up to that ???? It got to the stage where some Vulcan execs were getting calls at home about it.
-
Best not, he got mightily ****ed off with all the juvenile mails last time.

Can't remember how much they offered on "Take your Pick". Only the Yes/No interlude and the awfulness of the booby prizes. Think you sometimes got a Morris Minor and sometimes a tin of Baked Beans. You just have to make your mind up if he's the Morris or the Heinz 57 or whether it's best to take the 1.5 million that Michael Miles is offering and let some other b*stard find out.

Ah yes, Holmes can stay, if he gets fit soon enough. For the other guy, I'll take the money rather than open the box.
-
So do I. Surman, Schneiderlin,Davis, McGoldrick; The rest can go or stay as long as we get at least like for like replacements or maybe just a but better.

Are we better off than when Crouch was here?
Window Cleaner replied to Channon's Sideburns's topic in The Saints
Because he paid off a lot of debts. -
Sounds like it's all over bar the shouting then. Didn't mention why he watched Arsenal-Man U did he, or about being injured or sick.
-
Gobern probably wouldn't have started if Morgan was fit, but seemingly he wasn't.Same problem as the others perhaps, or a big birthday binge, never know with us do you.

U+A, they just won't understand until the accounts are published. Can't think what's holding them up,unless they're incredibly difficult to unravel with "expense accounts" and that sort of thing . I mean it's not as if the current team have much to do with whatever the accounts might show. unless of course there's some trouble brewing up for the AGM but there again i would have thought the longer it has to brew the worse it may get.

Too fragile to take the hits up front nowadays, I'm afraid Start him in the hole, unless Gasmi is fit enough of course. Can't be any less efficient than the current incumbent- who can go and dazzle us with his trickery out on the right wing and leave the serious business of scoring goals to real men.
-
Well said Rich, won't make them understand of course but at least I feel less alone in the fray. I don't like Lowe, but I can see that what's being done is necessary. I don't like going to the dentist either but sometimes it's necessary in the long run.
-
I bet we're about the only club in the land who's income was entirely spent before we paid a single player a single pound though. When you think about this and it's consequences, you will have grasped the truely catastrophic situation in which we found ourselves and understand why things are as they are. Understanding this simple fact is the key, until you do ,well then you'll carry on moaning about loans and not having "stars" and big name managers.

Signings since the summer - how have they done?
Window Cleaner replied to ExSt Peter Saint's topic in The Saints
Perry has been off sick, so has Robertson, they we're really quite ill apparently. -
The niggles probably have something to do with the intensity of CCC football. MS had very little first team experience before he came here, in fact I think he played more games fro France U19s than he did for Strasbourg. Hope the other lads haven't been leading him astray in nightclubs and what have you. That always worries me with SFC, we haven't exactly got the best record on the clubbing and drinking front. I know someone who knows someone who knows MS, I'll see if I can get an update for you.

It would seem to me that having Schneiderlin in front of the defence takes a lot of the pressure off of it. He's a composed lad who can make time and space and change the pace of the game when necessary.Partnered with Surman in the defence midfield roles it makes a lot of difference.
