Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES
Window Cleaner replied to sadoldgit's topic in The Lounge
You are no doubt right but it has gotten much worse these last 10 years or so yet those in power just don't seem to see it. A particular problem seems to be the number of young people of non-Islamic African descent turning to Islam because they seem to think that it will in some way relieve the squalid conditions in which they seem to immerse themselves. We are overun, you need to see it every day to see that the situation is worsening constantly. -
Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

Thing is we already have thousands of islamic militants in France, we do not need migrants to make any terrorist activity happen. When I came here 30 years ago we had plenty of Muslims, they didn't cause any trouble or make themselves very obvious, all pretty regular people.. Now when you go to the shops you have stacks of veiled women with 15 kids each, the problem is coming from within not without because we have no work for this population, nor do many of them seek it and the society is festering . -

And then there's Norway-No Way.....might be a hashtag or something. We have no place for 2 million refugees and yet they keep coming. -

Yes, because you lock up the odd troublemaker. Take this example. A couple of weeks back a bunch of travellers who live entirely off the state and crime, smashed up a small town simply because one of theirs was not let out of prison for the funeral of another one of them who died joyriding a stolen car. From this incident no-one has been arrested, no-one charged. They say they'll get round to bit one day but they won't. We are governed by a bunch of vote seeking farkwits who just don't understand why the FN are running at over 30% in the polls. -

That would be Hollande and his government then. We've been asking for it anyway, poor government and a justice minister who wants no-one whatsover in prison. To her criminals are victims, always victims, because they're poor, stupid, uneducated or black or gray or whatever. -
On the other hand a better bowling attack may leave our batsmen in less desperate straights on occasions. Seems to me that they've often been facing relatively large totals due to our weak attack and thus needing to score runs quickly in order to hope for any sort of positive result. If you can't bowl the opposition out twice you're not going to win no matter how good your batting may be.

Why are we doing so much better than Swansea?
Window Cleaner replied to gal1990's topic in The Saints
Bony was a bit younger I think. Bafé always had problems with the offside rule, got away with it when he was a kid and the refs were bad and then in France when defenders are oft slow and half-witted, now that he's playing in a league stuffed full of elite defenders he just isn't up to it(not being offside that is) and will not get much better now that he's pushing 31. -

Bafé is almost always offside, did Bony have that problem ? -
Number of bars/food counters inside St Marys

Perhaps MLG isn't an academic and only deals in hard facts and not perception. -

Whereas in fact perceived availabilty is important. If many think that there are a lot of refreshment outlets in the stadium then they are more likely to try to avail themselves of said outlets. If the general idea is that there aren't enough then some will automatically desist, fearing long waits and surly vendors. Seen this type of study before. Usually gambling (or drug) related. -

Who knows, perhaps it's for a study on the perceived availabilty of refreshments at various PL football stadiums. -
As Memphis Depay has proved, speed isn't enough in the PL, you need speed and a bit of guile. M.U will probably try to buy that bloke from Swansea or Bolasie.

University Project - Ticket Pricing Questionnaire
Window Cleaner replied to mattyhill1991's topic in The Saints
What can you expect from Skatesmouth Tech really. What worries me is that the bloke might actually be 24 yrs old and is still on a degree programme which allows football ticketing price as a dissertation subject and the government are milking him serious swans to do it. -

So he asks just the once and waits to see what happens, he doesn't,as a guest on this forum, spam us by starting the same thread time after time. In fact we need more control over who starts threads and who doesn't. As it stands we have every Tom,**** and Harry under the sun coming here and posting at will. 3 posts a day for non-members but as many repetitive threads as you like. Go figure. -
Chelsea do this to control the market...it's not new, Everton amongst others were doing it back in the 70s. You might not want the players in question but as you seem to have unlimited funds you can certainly make sure that they don't play against you for a time at worst and at best you make a profit on them. Now Utd desperately need a winger, they wanted Pedro I think, fortunately for them Chelsea bought him first.

don't give up easily do you. We all saw the last thread, I presume not many were interested in replying. Unsurprising as we seem to get about 5 or 6 football related, worthless degree questionnaires every year. NB Hint, start again and do not mention...well you know..Port.............. -
University Project Ticket Pricing Questionnaire

Based on the original research at Louisiana State or something more specific ? -
Really ? I'd have thought that the fact that one manufacturer dominates the sport entirely is what takes away the excitement. Just now you know that the races will be dominated by Hamilton and Rosberg and that the others won't get a look in unless there is some sort of race incident. It's a borefest, the circuits just don't make a lot of difference unless they're of the "street" variety.

Suspicious...probably, song would be banned as lkely as not nowadays with all that talk of "big ships" sailing up "Ally Ally Oos" on last days of September.
-
Perhaps it's based on the ancient primary school girl's skipping mantra. Mind you the under 50s will probably have not ever seen the deplorable spectacle of under 10s group skipping in playgrounds.

Uhoh...what bad news is in the offing today then?
-
Probably because of what military satellites that "don't exist" actually see.

Post-Match Reaction: SAINTS 2-0 Bournemouth
Window Cleaner replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Well we did go to pieces a bit in the second half, some seemed to give the impression that the job was done and dusted and no further effort was required. Probably those that had played Wednesday and Sunday...whereas Mané...well he had an enforced rest on Wednesday didn't he.
