I really, really don't. When the FA appoint a decent manager who'll stop this as many Liverpool players as possible and a few other attitude then I might be more inclined to support them as my second international team. Hodgson is a dinosaur, England need to get knocked out and made to pay for the error of appoiinting him.

DD does like his same starting line up though.

The 2 aren't necessarily one and the same thing. The PL requires certain qualities in a player but you can be good in other leagues without them. The main reason is that there are no easy games in the PL, whereas in Italy,Germany and Spain there are sides who just aren't up to scratch and playing against them is just like a week's break in the Bahamas. I presume it's something to do with the distribution of TV revenues, big fish get ten times as much as little fish i expect.

Now to me Borini is a known quality, someone who's proved that he can play in the PL, Pelle ? who knows, Steve de Ridder scored goals in Holland. Then again Borini is 23, Pelle is far older I think. I wouldn't mind taking Borini in part exchange at all, not that it's likely to happen, we could also buy Pelle because just now we have about let's see...zero strikers until JRod is ready again. Osvaldo certainly won't be back.

He had good days and bad days at Ajaccio though, really nothing exceptional, mind you their side was generally weak last season, probably why they got relegated..Ochoa is now a free agent, his contract having expired. Before we make hasty conclusions about him being the best thing since sliced bread though we need to wait and see how he does against Croatia with their far more efficient strike force. Brazil were lucky that Mandzukic was suspended against them really.

Just crap anyway, hardly any football transfers are paid in full at the time of transfer, that's why we owe 27 million £ for previous transfers. Still asking for cash in advance is a good way to ensure no player ever leaves the club during the period of his contract. It is also an excellent way to ensure that no-one ever wants to sell you players on favourable terms.
