  1. I don't have a model, just a pair of eyes.
  2. Does it matter, no-one is going to give us 30 million for Shaw because he's not worth it. There are better players available for less. Moyes is looking at Mangala and Siqueira (Benfica LB) and he can probably get the 2 of them for less than 30 million and pay them less as well..
  3. Only 18 teams in their league though so only 17 home league matches a season, still cheaper per match than ours but I've no idea how much they sting you for CL matches and the like.
  4. Highest priced ST at Bayern costs about 550£
  5. If we had 5000 (proportion of BMs capacity applied to SMS) or so standing places available to increase capacity perhaps we could get the seated ST prices down a bit lower as well. If the Allianz was all seated there wouldn't be tickets at 109£ for the season. Then they're always in Europe so more games and more tickets to sell.
  6. The Ukrainian army is obviously a bunch of joke warriors so the situation should be left well alone. Which it will be. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-27053500
  7. Meaning his contact is on the older side, not the sort of detail you should give out really
  8. Whilst not wishing to denigrate Eastleigh the two are just not comparable really. Probably better to start watching Bournemouth.
  9. Sounds likely enough. Were there a lot of people who left the club soon after Cortese left? I've seen them advertising for a lot of new people recently, didn't realise there were a few departures though.
  10. That wasn't the only condition it would seem "there are many things they have to do and then we'll see" was the actual quote I believe. Not only that though Mallagroth told us that he'd actually spoken to the bloke who'd said he'd be considering other offers this summer. Of course we only have his word for that but the word around here is that his non-selection has hit him hard because he's been overlooked for what are evidently inferior quality players.
  11. He's not even under the press radar, that's why some of them keep touting him for England which I believe has been established to be impossible. He doesn't use a trappy agent that's all but I believe the club have turned down more offers for him than any other player, mainly because he expressed no interest in going to any of them....until about the 27 th of January this year.
  12. When you have groups of 20 or 30 blokes working together on a day to day basis there is always at least some friction. Football is no exception .
  13. We do have debts actually, the much vaunted training centre has been racking them up for years.
  14. Looks like we're really making hard work of getting their last wicket, I hope we're not going to regret not finishing them off once again.
  15. As long as Carberry doesn't try to knock them off in 20 overs we should be OK.
  16. The season ticket price rise is a fact, the player sales are mere speculation albeit from a source who's put in some good info over the years. We probably couldn't afford to keep Cortese running the club actually, not in the way he wanted, which is why I suppose he resigned..
  17. I don't think he'd count those as important players, pick any 2 of 3, Schneiderlin,Lallana,Lovren with the first named already having talked his way out of the club I think.
  18. And the alternatives to Guly on the bench would be ??
  19. It's as it says on the box, an academy run by Nike for U20 players who haven't been signed by pro clubs. It's just another way to end up playing for Yeovil and Kidderminster.
  20. Getting them out again was going well, we had them at about 220 for 8 but now were taking a bit of a pasting, don't think we want their lead to get much over 200 and it's about 150 now.
  21. Always a possibility, semantics at their finest.
  22. And yet Krueger has said that no player that Mauricio wants to keep will be sold.
  23. But he gave them away, it's well documented. Forbes shows the Willy+Isolde branch as having an estimated wealth of 3.6 billion dollars. That's been built up over the years from some major, major companies. All that Markus did was a bit of Common Rail Engineering. The fact that the companies have all been liquidated without much further ado just shows how relatively minor they were. Markus was a wealthy man but probably not a billionaire.
  24. Once again this fallacy that KL is incredibly rich. The whole Liebherr famlily is said to possess 3.6 billion dollars (and that's only an estimate because no-one really knows) KL has nowhere near that amount of money, probably not even a billion.. The late Markus gave his equal share in those companies away and built up his own business which has now been liquidated.
