NO, BEHIND YOU................Bloke obviously hasn't attended too many pantomimes.

There is no Irish race, just as there is no English race, those things are about nationality (and or politics).
-
Mandy Rice-Davies about summed it up for every situation in the then foreseeable future.

Past glories ? Did we beat City in an ECL quarter final first leg recently then ? They're just a bigger club point. always have been, always will be, probably just because Liverpool is a far bigger city where football is kind of important.
-
Totally unrealistic. We'll be stuck with far more of these high earners than you imagine. Still we might not go down eh. There are still some pretty bad teams in contention for the last drop place with us. I still don't see Palace staying up, nor Stoke and WBA are already gone. We need one decent result that we don't see coming, unfortunately it won't happen whilst the players still have cup ambitions.

Hughes to only play those he can rely on - Any idea's on who?

Premier football is alright if your preferred team can afford 20 or so of the very best players and you can give all of the others a drubbing. If you're down in the also rans fielding Hojbjergs and Stephens then it's not so much fun. Until the PL implements a real spending and salary cap then the PL will just be a series of warm up games for the ECL. -
If they played to their collective ability they wouldn't need to be apologising all of the time now would they. They have been dire all season and that's not the manager's fault. Our season is down to the players and if we're relegated it's down to them as well. Oh and Les Reed.. cos I dislike him intensely.
-
Well of course it's your fault you silly tonkers. You lost against West Ham reserves.
-
If it didn't the Everton debacle against City certainly did. What was BFS thinking, 4 front men (and Rooney)with no defensive abilities against one of the best sides in Europe. I thought Austin was just rubbish yesterday and Gabbiadini just wasn't, well wasn't anywhere to b seen. Hojbjerg ? Just don't get why he's even still here to be honest. Even old man Davies is a better player.

How do you know she wasn't short of cash? It's all always been so opaque that no-one outside the immediate circle can possibly know.

Official..Southampton appoint Mark Hughes.

Well that will make two from two for him this season then. Did he not get sacked by Stoke because his side was rubbish ? I really don't know what we expected from him. -
Because were still in the cup and a couple of them are pre-occupied by the WC. Happens ever 4 years, form just takes a nose dive once they've secured their national team place.
-
They won 2-nil.
-
What difference will that make ?
-
Yes, yes and yes. We just don't look bothered really, mind you I've seen it many times before with Saints after international breaks.
-
6 months in which he played for us what 10 times ? We are just stupid when it comes to keeping stuum when you should and not talking yourself into a corner. Krueger and Reed need to go.
-
Just useless, too many players below standard and the rest don't look very interested.
-
As I kept saying, it's the players who are at fault. Once they get a sniff of a Wembley final they go to pieces.
-
30 points from 32 games says otherwise.
-
Good, Palace really deserve to go down.

Probably because he's local and once scored a 30 yard fluker. -

Klopp has Clyne available so why he persists with Alexander Arnold is anyone's guess really. -
You create your own time, it's what players with ability and class do, create time and space. Then the fans get on at them for lack of industry because they make it look easy. Mind you we can probably do without the air shots and Hoedt probably doesn't fall into the class player category as of yet, might never do so.
-
Although looking at their respective careers you'd have to think that Hoedt is globally more experienced than Stephens wouldn't you ? Perhaps not to the specific needs of PL football though.

Second pre-season friendly abandoned with no play at all. At least we've got a few players getting some game time in various fixtures round the globe.
