Doesn't the Pauli Exclusion Principal make that a non-starter? I'm sure that the fact that stripes and sash are mutually exclusive is mentioned in there somewhere. However half quartered and half stripes don't seem to be covered by that principal.

there are only a certain quota of over age players allowed, maybe it's 2 per group of 23 or something like that. I think Mancienne and Richards are both over age so if you want to hold on to them in the group then you can't have Lallana as well.I'm not at all sure of the exact rules though and it could well be that Lallana was under 21 when qualifying started, depends when it was really.
