wrong formation, we play so much better using the 451 formation, Connolly and lambert have never played well together.

Why do ppl want Zola? he's done nothing, struggled at west ham with a team far better than where they finished and he resigned at the end of the season as he was too stressed. I loved Zola as a player but i really dont think he's a good manager. I think Howe would be a good shout, nice style of football (uses the wings alot) always seems to get important points & got Bournemouth up without buying anyone. Ok he might have to get his type of players he likes in January but im sure with the team we have now he'll do fine.

yes he is, i think he's the type of player who will work best in the 4-5-1 formation floating behind the striker, he's defo not a right/left midfield.

If this is true hope he signs quickly, we should try placing a bid in for Antonio also, he still a bench player for Reading and we need pace in the team badly. Both of them would fit straight into the squad.

I really do think AP need to go back to the 4-5-1 formation we played for a bit last season. The 5th midfielder could be someone who can play a free role just behind Lambert. A also think we miss Antonio's pace on the wing to create chances. Lets hope Cortese opens that checkbook soon.

His tactics are ok in the way of subs what lets him down is his tactics on the pitch. We got one of the best strikers in this league in Lambert who is a goal scorer and not a target man and AP keeps playing insisting to keep punting the damn ball long towards him. Play down the wings get crosses into the box and we'll score goals, for that you need proper wingers not CM's playing there cause he wants to fit them into the team. Im not saying he should be sacked but if we can all see the problem why cant he?

Drop lallana HE ISNT A WINGER and Mills is a far better option at LM and Waigo will probably be a better option on the RM. If you wanna have him in the side his best position is probably sitting behind the strikers but that means dropping either Morgan or Hammond or playing Lambert upfront on his own. The whole problem we have atm is that our wide men are not staying wide to cause problems, the more crosses we put into the box the more chances we'll get. Yes Lallana is a good player but its no use keeping him in a position that someone else is better at.

he should play gobern on the left, lallana just doesnt stay wide enough.

Hammond seemed to have played bloody well but unless we dont use the wings lambert isnt gonna be scoring the goals we need him to score, AP needs to sort out his tactics, he is still playing 2 midfielders out of possition and ignoring true wingers.

lallana isnt a winger this is the biggest problem, i would drop him and put in a true winger...either buy one or look in the reserves but do not play lallana. Rest of the team is what id play though.

First of all AP needs to sort out his tactics out, use the wings put crosses into the box and we'll get goals there is no daught in that. Ok looks like we got Hammond for sat to replace the useless wotton but we really need a new right mid with pace and able to beat defenders. Down the left he should play mills or holmes, even goborn wouldnt be a bad idea with his pace. He should also play a passing game, we played the passing game ok last season but because we didnt use the wings we didnt get the chances, too many ppl tell me we play too many long balls, this really doesnt suit us. It's all simple football which i dont understand he isnt doing...oh and 2 new CB's would be nice!

i thought that was strange also when i saw it, Morgan is a great player but he needs someone other than wotton beside him or it just wont work with him being in the side. I would of tried Gillet in the CM today as they worked great together last season before he got injured. As a whole we need a CB badly and a true winger that can beat defenders and put crosses in for lambert. Lallana probably isnt the best winger for a start, gobern, mills and holmes would be alot better choice on the left.

Charlton and millwall top 2 i think we'll finish just short of the play offs not sure why ppl are going for leeds, they not bought in alot of talent and a leeds supporter friend said he'll be very happy even if they reached the playoffs this year.

Its about the FL giving us more -points and he dont want to scare the others parties away, but since they will find out soon enough he might as well give them a headsup. Luton did there best to catch up but -27 points is basicaly saying your relagated again unless you win all of your games which aint going to happen. No one in there right mind would invest alot of money into a club which is more or less relagated at the start of the season, thats why ppl are pulling out. Id prefer mickey mouse, disney is worth alot more money than red bull
