I also noticed that at the weekend he was captain of Celtic in their game. Little sweetener to persuade him to stay on maybe? He's never struck me as the sort of player who is captain material. Other players have even been quoted before he is pretty quiet and keeps himself to himself.

Add Rodriguez to the equation and there IMO are 5 very good strikers who are all good enough to score you goals regularly in the Premier League.

Exactly what ive been thinking. From a media point of view, so many pundits etc are gonna say that this season is all down to West Ham and Leicester being poor after spending so much and being so big etc and therefore not focusing on just how good ourselves and Reading have been. For 70% of this season, we have been 1st, ok we've slipped away of late and Reading have come on with a superb run but having been in top 2 all season, I just cant see many pundits etc giving us the credit and respect we deserve.
