Played today in a 4-1 win for the U21's away at Plymouth and scored 2 goals - 1 of them coming from the spot. Very promising by the sounds of it and should definitely sign him after seeing videos and other reports.

The real reason he didn't play at the weekend. Thoughts and condolences are with Billy and his partner. Billy is in contention to play tonight for them and i'm now pretty sure he isn't on the move anywhere on loan at least unless he wants a clean start.

We were playing our free flowing best last season when Guly was playing just off of Lambert and linking the play between the lines. His touches and flicks are much more useful when up top ie. his flick v Reading was top quality and with De Ridder on the right making the same kind of runs we would have plenty of flair going forward.

To be fair, he doesn't want to be there. He handed in a transfer request late in August but no move came about. I'd go for him. Plenty of top flight experience and left footed CB/LB so can offer plenty to us. But, it has to be either Hooiveld or Ridgewell. Unless we are looking to move Seaborne or Martin on we need only 1.
