for_heaven's_Saint

The person I'm going with is a student who lives in London. Called the Saints ticket office to ask whether they'd except a photocopy of his student card to buy a discounted ticket, because he isn't coming down between now and Tuesday. He was told that they wouldn't accept a photocopy but he could buy a ticket on the day. So in short, yes, so long as the Ticket office werent making stuff up again.

Hedge End, innit.

Think he's a great bloke and love his managerial style; the scientific approach and adaptable tactics. That said, I think he should grow a 'tache again! ^^^

Definite red and pure stupidity. Sure NA will give him a good talking to.

Taxi for Do Prado?

He certainly fixed the second point.

Got my tickets and I can't wait. Think I'd take a draw but sure Adkins won't go there looking for anything but a win.

Didn't take as gospel but post 212: "Leicester thought they had him and we nipped in and outbid them and our offer had been accepted by Bristol City. The player was keen to join us. Personal terms have to be finalised. "

I thought we already had a bid accepted?

Aye just seen that. Still, if he's that close to signing you'd expect him to be left out.

If a deal is indeed this advanced would we have asked that he doesn't play today? Soon find out I guess...

Good if they're out of the running for Maynard but what a singing Keane would be.

Definitely not a player but not sure which staff member it is.

I kind of feel Rodriguez might be the best option of the 3.

Anyone booked train tickets from London? Trying to find the cheapest deal.

Is this Maynard stuff just speculation or does anyone know anything? Other than what fourthofficial tweeted...

Also, just because we have signed a lb first, doesn't mean he was top of our priorities list, just means his was the easiest deal to conclude.

Can't argue with signing better than what we have already. The team and squad is getting better and better.

If it is I would actually love it. Though won't be dissapointed whoever it is.

Well he's off then, hope we get good money and re-invest it well.

If we don't get him, which is pretty likely, at least we won't have to play against him.

I reckon Jack Cork could play in goal, he can play everywhere else!

I still don't think it'll be over 29k, really hope it is though, no place I'd rather be then St Mary's when it's full.

You mean the one that was nothing to do with the club?

Depends if it's with or without milk? FWIW in one of Cork's saintsplayer interviews I believe he implied that he'd been mates with de Ridder for a couple of weeks, despite the fact that he had only signed a couple of days before hand. This leads me to believe it is feasible that a player(s) could be training with us for some time before the signing is announced, and thus if we do manage to secure a work permit for Jemal in the next day or two (if that is indeed the hold-up) he may be suitably prepared to come straight into the starting lineup for Saturday's game.
