Really?! I thought it was awful! Didn't look like there were any good patches and every pass along the ground bobbled like hell. Saying that I wasn't at Wycombe last year, but did most of the others.
He certainly is solid- more so than Butterfield I'd say. Think a few passes went astray on Saturday but in general he brings some attacking threat to the team too. Every so often he puts in a real top quality cross- for example the one against Brighton than Lambert headed over.
Lol I knew someone would pull out a stat to make me look stupid... But I still feel we have let in too many sloppy goals in games we shouldn't have. If we can stop conceding a many and score more we'd be laughing.
I don't think it's overly dramatic to say that if we concede against either Exeter or Dagenham & Redbridge, our defence needs to be added to in the window, considering our poor number of clean sheets already this season.
I can't imagine Chaplow being too affected by a sh*t end of season pitch either. Just the sort of tenacious, energetic player our midfield was lacking and one that I feel suits the 'work tirelessly for each other and the team' attitude Adkins instigated to great success at Scunny.
Guesssed that'd probably happen- unsurprising considering what a class A c*nt Fergie Snr is.
Great news about Chaplow though- an excellent addition to the squad. Providing we can hang on to Morgan, we'll have 3 very competent centre midfielders.
I liked the wording too- ' the Club's first signing of the January transfer window.'
