As most have said, I always hold the door open for anyone. I also say 'don't mention it' if I get no thanks. Leading on from the OP and the risk of being accused of being sexist, agest etc, I always find this problem with giving up my seat on buses and the tube. There are a lot of people who get offended if you offer your seat to them. I'm not sure if there's meant to be some sort of age restriction where you only offer your seat to people over 65, but short of asking their date of birth it's hard to tell!

There were a lot of 'casuals' about yesterday and clearly looking for trouble, overheard one group trying to organise where to meet for a fight. 'Lifers' should be in prison for life unless there are clear signs of rehabilitation IMO, in which case they are allowed out after a minimum term. Very hard to judge I know though.

It's only a matter of time until Puncheon cuts inside and curls a beauty into the far post IMO. He's finding his feet and I'd definitely leave him in the team. As said, OC is a brilliant impact sub to bring on. As well as his pace he is a completely different player to Puncheon. Right footed for starters meaning he doesn't need to cut inside and can run straight to the byline and cross. Imagine being a defender being turned inside out by Puncheon for 70 minutes then having to try to keep up with a fresh-legged Chamberlain.

Good point, although would still rather win in the league than the cup, even if they should both be wins. I thought Chaplow's passing was poor on Saturday. He gets his foot in well but that's not that much good if you give it straight back. FWIW I think if we can stifle County for the first 20 minutes, where they'll undoubtedly come out all guns blazing due to the supposed 'new manager syndrome', we should have more than enough to score a couple of goals and ultimately win the game. People talk about our attack a lot but we also have a very good defence and 'keeper and teams will find it very difficult to break us down when we're playing at our best.
