would be a brilliant acquisition if true, would have thought he'd have quite a high price tag though.

Looks fast and strong and a typical predatory Striker. The ideal player to play alongside Lambert IMO. Think we many be dreaming a bit if we're expecting to spend another £1.5 million on a player though.

Lambert Biggest Name Signing Since?

Neil McCann? -
Although I didn't die, I did get hit by a coin inside SMS, whilst minding my own business watching the match. But now they're two pence down and I'm just fine, so the joke's on them.

Looking on a Millwall forum to see their reaction to the result I came across this thread about some of their fans smashing up a pub in Fratton; http://www.millwall.vitalfootball.co.uk/forum/forums/forum-view.asp?fid=5 They also mention on there that there was trouble in town after the game? Anyone see what happened or know how it ended? I'm not trying to glorify or condone the violence in anyway, just curious to see if the crouds of Millwall fans apparantly causing trouble were dispersed seeing as I'm heading to town later.

My heart says 2-0 saints, with the new manager, new owner, couple of new players, Millwall's lack of defence and home advantage all being on our side. My head is still undecided, with Millwall's good end to last season, our injuries and lack of power and strength, the sky curse and the fact that we haven't won our first home game for years all casting doubts. I think I will settle for a draw.

Not the Torpedo?! -
Great idea, I'll make my team in a min.

Have to agree, with have a large amount of c***s these days, the number of which seems to have grown particularly fast over the past two or three seasons. Therefore the category C is arguably justified. Nevertheless, in response to the original post, there is very very little chance of anyone who is not looking for trouble to run into any, whether we are playing Milwall or anyone else.

I'm actually starting to get quite annoyed at people going on about playing Millwall being so much more dangerous than any other team. When i was at St Mary's yesterday one man asked for a seat in the northam but not near the away fans. Bloody ridiculous. It's not the 1980s. Despite what the tabloids/Daily Mail may have you think it's just like any other football game. Unless you go looking for trouble you're not going to find it.

Except for Harding.

No, me either. I think we'll be lucky to get another 1,000. Hope I'm wrong though! -

11,000 mark broken http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/TicketNews/0,,10280~1742204,00.html -
haha, yeah I had to sit there once before I had a season ticket. If anyone dared to try to join in with the chants they were scowled at from every direction and some bloke behind me spent the entire match complaining about the fans in the Northam.

erm, do the chapel actually ever join in with any songs?

Does anyone here go to games on their own
for_heaven's_Saint replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
I have been on my own once or twice in the past. I don't think it really matters once you get in the stadium, everyone's there for the same thing! -
Just out of interest does anyone know when the last time Rasiak actually played in an international was?

Well, that's one way to sell a club...
for_heaven's_Saint replied to for_heaven's_Saint's topic in The Lounge
No reading the article it's actually the company who have been tasked with selling the club! -
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/t/tranmere_rovers/8176708.stm Lol, I wander if Markus would have made a bid if we were up for sale on ebay? If we had a buy it now price we may not have had to sit through the Pinnacle ordeal!

How many players do you think we will sign tomorrow?

Those going to QPR - £10 return with South West Trains

Pretty sure this is a long-running scheme by South West trains, I've been using it on trains to London for years.
