So Stu had concussion during the second half on Monday. Even more ridiculous that we didn’t take him off earlier. How did our medical professionals miss that? He was awful and lost the ball nearly every time he touched it and should’ve come off way earlier, whether or not he was concussed. Incompetent all round.

Wasn’t at all surprised when that winner went in. This team has no bottle at all and Martin’s in game management is so poor compared to the managers of other teams at the top. Can’t see us beating any team in the playoffs at the moment.

I think we need to start a solid first XI, with attacking options off the bench later on. I’d put AA back out wide and start Mara. Hopefully it’s: Bazunu, KWP, THB, Bednarek, Manning, Downes, Smallbone, S. Armstrong, Edozie, Mara, A. Armstrong. Possibly with Fraser starting over Edozie.

This looks good but surely if Fraser isn’t playing then Edozie deserves to start over Sulemana?

We’re not going to get £15m for Che when his contract is up in the summer. We’d be lucky to get a third of that and he may well be happy to wait until the summer to leave on a free and assess his options. We are also not going to be spending £30m, or anything near it, on one player. We’re in the Championship. Firstly, that amount of money is way too much for us, secondly why would a player worth that much choose to come to us and not the prem teams who are interested in him?

At least we have the distraction of lots of football in January, unlike the summer when it’s nothing but stupid rumours.

I think KWP is both the best right back and the best left back in the league. Whichever side he plays on, we completely dominate. Think RM got it right playing him left today, and Bree was solid on the right.
