No, but then it was nothing like having his leg extended as the opposing player ran onto him. Him quite obviously kicked his leg out towards the other player in order to make his mark. IMO he has developed a bit of a violent streak as of late, during the Leeds game I wondered how long he would stay on. This needs to be cut out of his game, there is tackling strongly and grabbing a game by the neck but thats different to being reckless. Deserved red, and seeing the options we have in CM he may regret it.

Old, slow, been injured, massive ego, massive wages, only had a few decent seasons in his whole career and he doesn't fit in with the way we currently play. I like Harding, but IMO he is one of our weaker players, I also like Dickson, but ATM he isn't getting a game, he may be kept on as cover for the left flank but perhaps he will be sent out on loan, Mills is probably off. Fox is a good signing, further strengthening.

The police lost their power long ago, people question every attempt they have had in attempting to quell acts of disorder with force with questions and accusations. You only have to look at the Student protests to see what happens when they attempt to deal with anything. The past few nights they have done nothing but stand and watch, knowing that any show of force on their part would result in inquiries etc etc. When we started putting the rights of criminals over the safety of the general public we pretty much gave the green light for this to happen.

Its not so much planned Riots, its people looking at whats happened in London and other areas and thinking, 'Hang on a minute, they got to do what they wanted, lets see if we can get away from it' Its f*cking disgusting. Just get the army in, rubber bullets, tear gas and water cannons, why we pussy foot around these lowlives is beyond me.
