Its a decent debate, Hammond IMHO is our weakest Midfielder but probably the best influence on the pitch. Morgan and cork are probably out best midfielders and an on form Chappers is a very good, athletic asset. It all depends on who we bring in CB wise and whether or not Cork is as much of an influence as Hammond. For me, Morgan and Cork are our best pairing. Especially if you allow Morgan to display a little but of licence to roam forward. FWIW our options are fantastic right now

TBF we would pretty much sell ST's whatever happened, and it isn't a terrible deal, £16 a game is pretty good. Football has always been expensive at St Marys. This year looks expensive as last year was so good. Plus Brighton have the opposite connundrum. They want to sell as many as possible, in the new stadium, they have been playing in a 7k seater for ages and if they crash and burn in the NPC they won't get a return. This is exactly what is needed then, but then we do not know what Jamal can bring either, he looks like a big strong commanding type aswell. Either player I would be more than happy with, and if we can get the influence that is Puncheon out of the door (unfortunate that I believe him to be a very talented player) then it is a very good deal.

If this is an option then definately this. Or even allow Martin to go on loan for a season and relegate Seaborne to Martins position.
