Its almost certainly an internet connection issue. Have you changed anything your end ?? Perhaps there is an issue in your local exchange ? Ring your ISP and see if they know anything about how slow things are running for you ATM. This sort of thing happens from time to time, it should go away within a day or so.

Facepalm There is no such thing as pot commited. You are either confident or not. Doesn't matter how much you HAVE bet, if you think the raise is too big then get out. -
Wingers will allways be frustrating, fans just do not get that. As a winger you are judged on the amount of times you beat a full back and get to the byeline, as a full back you are judged on the amount of times a winger gets around you and gets to the byeline. There has to be some sort of give. Walcott beats the fullback more times then he doesn't, but of course he will be frozen out at times, Ronaldo and Messi are frozen out at times, does it make them bad players ?? No. I don't know why Sven didn't take Walcott but our slow, ageing and somewhat clueless display in SA showed up Capellos lack of a plan B. He pandered to the big names and picked them over what we really needed. Lampard laughing and joking on the pitch when we went out told me all i needed to know.

He started on 3k, and unless he gets a bit aggressive he will be left well behind the pack and will have to rebuy to get anywhere near the top. The only way to win freerolls is to be aggressive. -

Everyone is a mercenary. This is the real world. I don't mean any offence in saying that but sadly that is the world. You give what you can until a better offer comes along and then it is jump ship time.

I have rarely seen it TBF, he is barely chasing down the ball is often too far away from any dangerous positions and just isn't competing for the ball as much as last year. Still, its him or a 50% fit Connolly or Doble. -

Complete and utter tosh. Anyone who actually had a basic grasp of football in general and didn't just enjoy the sledging he got from the sidelines could see that although the vocal majority was calling for his head (not the first time they got things universally wrong) he certainly wasn't sh*t by any stretch of the imagination. I don't think he was quite as accomplished as he was last season but as far as i could see a lot of his dallying on the ball was because there was nobody around him providing him with a pass and so he often was tackled or he had to try and manufacture something. Strange though as if this happens when Lallana was on the ball it is obviously the players around hims fault. I expect he will now move on and do well and we will all bemoan his loss and wonder why he has gone eslewhere and is doing better. I mean what other sh*te players have the Northam darlings turned on ?? Oakley ? Svensson ? Davis ? Fuller ? Ormarod ? Lol As for Lambert, yes last season he has a proven track record but i would hold no player in the team just on merit, the fact is he is/was not pulling his substantial weight when needed and looks pretty toothless in front of goal. Also if you are saying play him because of what he did last year Puncheon waded in with goals and assists. But hey ho, seeing as we need a scapegoat we may aswell chuck him on the ex saints scrapheap of useless players along with Schneiderlin. -
If they are found to have been involved in widespread scandal and i really believe that they will be if a full and independant investigation is brought against them that IMO will only be possible if each and every country (or atleast the wide majority) gets involved and attempts to drive out the rotten core that is FIFA currently. But if they are found to be involved in such scandal i would like to see ourselves and all the major countries that have been wronged by them, and in that i mean holland/belgium, spain/portugal and every other nation involved in the 2022 bid refuse to take part in any FIFA organised tournaments until the old boys club is disbanded and the organisation is headed up by people that have football at heart and with greater transparency. If they are not all fat cats and out to make quick bucks and backhanders than how can anyone explain the fact that the whole choice of WC hosts was made predominantly by woeing the 22 ExCo representatives into voting for your nation ??

Chamberlains father has already said in an interview somewhere (can't remember where) that he is not going to let his son move too early and feels the best place for him ATM is at Southampton. Also, anyone who says Walcott is not reaching potential is clearly a bit mental, he was more or less a regular in our WC qualification and probably still would be if he wasn't so injury prone. Whenever the lad plays a consitant run of games he looks a very good player indeed. Chambo is not as good as Walcott is yet, i still think tactically and as far as a footballing brain is concerned he has a better one but he is not as quick and never will be (pace being a very very attractive commodity in the top level nowadays). He is also only playing against League 1 teams and is not consitantly looking like a world beater nor is picking up MOM awards left right and center. Should we keep him ? Of course we should and of course he will improve but ATM i wouldn't say he is in Walcotts bracket, could he be ? Possibly he is direct, strong and technically looks pretty good but as quick as he is he doesn't have that searing pace that Walcott had and that is what set the lad apart from EVERYONE else back then.
