  4. Not really, and also, if you remember back to the test you did, you have to stop, observe and move. Don't get me wrong, i will normally just drive straight on but you can't expect someone else to do it. It's not YOUR road

  6. Cake, and has been proven in court. Under UK law, no Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged on biscuits and cakes — they are "zero rated". Chocolate covered biscuits, however, are subject to VAT, currently 15%. McVities classed its Jaffa Cakes as cakes, but in 1991, this was challenged by Her Majesty's Customs and Excise and the case ended up before the courts.[9] This may have been because Jaffa Cakes are about the same size and shape as some types of biscuit, and particularly because they are commonly eaten alongside, or instead of, traditional biscuits. A question that the court asked itself was "what criteria should be used to class something as a cake?" McVities defended its classification of Jaffa Cakes as cakes. In doing so it produced a 12" (30 cm) Jaffa Cake to illustrate that its Jaffa Cakes were simply miniature cakes.[10] McVities argued that a distinction between cakes and biscuits is, among other things, that biscuits would normally be expected to go soft when stale, whereas cakes would normally be expected to go hard. It was demonstrated to the Tribunal that Jaffa Cakes become hard when stale. Other factors taken into account by the Chairman, Mr Potter QC, included the name, ingredients, texture, size, packaging, marketing, presentation, appeal to children, and manufacturing process. Contrary to a commonly held belief, whether something is considered a 'luxury item' is not a test for VAT purposes. Mr Potter ruled that the Jaffa Cake is a cake. McVities therefore won the case and VAT is not paid on Jaffa Cakes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaffa_Cakes
  7. Whats the point ?? Its dancer ?? And if you cared to scroll down from the same Wikipedia page you linked from in an earlier post you would have seen this
  8. Lol, own goals are awesome. I once scored an overhead kick in my own goal when i was about 12. I have no idea what i was trying to achieve. Another time this kid was running with the ball along the half way line, he beat about 4 players and kept taking the ****, i got a bit annoyed (i was a striker at the time) and so i decided to take matters into my own hand, i ran and tried to volley the ball out for a throw. I caught it too sweet and the ball slammed into the post from about 40 yards.
  9. Thinking about this... People that don't indicate when turning a corner and usually brake late. People that decide to drive right up your ass on the motorway even when there are other cars in front of you (don't mind if not) ****s in suits that immediately think they are better then you are because they talk like a **** on a mobile and work in a suit (******s) Chavy little c*nts that think it's big to be generaly c*ntish People that bang on about how much money they have (i really couldn't give a f*ck)
  10. Why ?? It's her right to stop and survey the roundabout ?? Why were you in so much of a rush ?
  11. Not really, if you are keeping a proper distance you will still have to slam the brakes on if the complete **** infront of you suddenly decides to turn the corner without indicating and normally deciding to slam on the brakes. I tend to find these sort of drivers ignorant c*nts that think they are above doing then sort of thing. Probably the same sort of drivers that drive right up your ass even when you are in a que on the motorway. ***ts

  18. He is a terrible player, always straying offside, runs around like a headless chicken and very rarely will you ever see him score a 1 on 1. Ok, every now and again he does something slightly predictable but for that to be a positive quality in a striker you need him to at least consistently perform well and so the bread and butter things like score 1 on 1's.
  19. I hate him. Good riddence, unfortunately you can't live off daddy's talent
  20. Was the last piece of that qoute aimed at us ??
  21. Thats the one, new i was wrong, think franks is the one in Bishopstoke (also good) But Mikes, is THE best chippy i have ever been to, good portions (oh matron), nice well cooked food. Problem is there is always a huge que.
  22. We were lucky really, being brought out, but as you can see is starting to happen, teams are moving into more and more debt, and eventually i honestly think a large team will go out of business. Equally, the media machine is beginning to be hit hard, you only have to look at the issues with setanta to see that. Add this to dwindling supporter levels (although small). Its a slow collapse. Also, if this crappy europe elite league ever takes hold the football world as we know it is f*cked.
