Hes under a long contract like a lot of our top players ....so if we have have any balls we will make them stay ! My opinion is that they will all get improved wages and be happy to stay anyway..... bring in 5 decent players and next season we will be a major force

Steven Davis was superb ......lallana jay and Lambert will get the plaudits but Davis is such a un sung hero

Would improve under Mo PO that's for sure. Strong and pacey and scores goals .....reminds me of a certain other championship player we signed from Burnley a couple seasons back . Doubters said then that he wouldnt be good enough for the prem! Danny Ings would be a great shout in my opinion

I don't think Chambers is being rested .....more like Clyne is now fully fit! Clyne is a much better player. and more of a attacking threat than Chambers to be honest .

Goals flattered the game to be honest.......we had zilch on the bench to change the game and stoke are a very hard side to break down

The proof will be when we have played 38 games and we have our final league position! We can say we are 9th and we are safe but until we have 40 points i don't buy that..Its injuries to key players that have cost us so far this season and pray that we don't get anymore as we don't have the biggest squad..... if the academy players step up we will be fine if not we will be looking over our shoulders until the end of the season.

Worrying thing is that most of the teams below us are strengthening .....surely we cant be that niave to think we can carry on the rest of the season with a threadbare squad.

If anything happens to lallana we are in deep **** as we have nothing else

Very very strong for a 18 yearold powerful and direct , good with both feet not afraid to have a pop at the goal from distance.... very similar to Shearer at that age......didnt see him win a lot in the air to be honest but that will come

I think we are taking a big risk if we don't get a couple in. Anymore injury's say to lallana or lambert we will be in deep sh it..The only positions we are covered really well is right back and central mid......apart from that we are so weak at the moment.

Its like going back to last season Gazza jos and fox all shocking players ! Lovren and chambers did ok. Cork was playing well so strange sub that was.6 games without a win now starting to look down instead of up! We need a goalie, cb and decent cover at left back. If we don't we could be dragged into a relegation scrap quite easily.

Saints Had SEVEN English players involved in the game ....how many did ****y have ?? None ! They did have a donkey called MILNER playing for a bit but you cant call him a player though:D
