Not really a marker for comparison though is it? A pre-season tournament game and a Europa League game against Manchester United...! Would love to host them again for this summers tournament. Also, who was the guy who scored the great free-kick against us in the ML Cup?

If you were writing a banner for pompey, what would you put on it?

Before the game on the 7th as they get off their bubble coaches: "Welcome to your worst nightmare". -
Don't wet your knickers just yet.

My murderer will be singing "Who the f*ck is laughing now?".

West Ham away? Cardiff at home? Hull at home? Blackpool at home?

He did the important things right, though ie blocks, tackles. Sharp will start I reckon.

Everything and everyone seemed to go wrong at once. Lallana was out of form because of just coming back from injury, and it took several games to recover from Chappers going down in the first 10 minutes at Brizzle. Defensive instability affected the side too, particularly at CB. Even a breath of fresh air helped us get back to form really, as Puncheon, Lee and Sharp coming back/in coincided with injury returns and everyone back to their best. Focus on the now.

Gregg Wylde, released today, linked with us and Blackpool. Supposedly having talks tomorrow.

It wouldn't surprise me. I've thought it several times this season and been proved wrong, however.

Hammond also did well when he came on, I thought. An off day for Cork, but thankfully it didn't matter in the end.

We could be safe from relegation by the end of the weeekend

Phew. That's been bugging me for weeks. -
Reading away in '08 definitely, as well as Liverpool away in 02/03(?) just for the fact that we won on Merseyside!

Bob Marley. -
Beating them 5-0 and confirming their relegation. That's what we've got planned.

And grabbing him round the throat is okay then? No. It's Matt Taylor, which made it 10 times funnier.

I didn't meet him/haven't met him but apparently Frankie Cocozza was a 'special guest' of West Ham last night? Why nobody kicked him in the face I'll never know. -

As long as we win Saturday, that's a good point. We should do, Derby are pants. Hopefully Richardson is okay. -
Some of our fans were pathetic today. A bloke behind me was basically almost crying when Connolly came on and called Adkins 'clueless'. Clinical moron. Poor atmosphere but good performance and result. Guly, Lambert, Fox, Richardson and Cork all great - just to name a few!
-
He'll still score against us. Charlie Austin ALWAYS scores against us.

It's a joke. Anyway... --------------------Davis----------------------------- --Richardson-----Fonte----Hooiveld-------------Fox--- --Puncheon------Cork----Schneiderlin--------Lallana--- ----------------Lambert---Sharp---------------------- Subs: Bart, Martin, Harding/Hammond, Guly/Chaplow, Lee.

Trousers in posting something from Twitter shocker.

The 3 central midfielders - Hammond, Schneiderlin and Cork - are all defensively minded really. You could argue that all can be box-to-box players but the Cork particularly seems to lack confidence when he gets to the edge of the box. Nigel seemingly bidding for Commons probably suggests we're after a goalscoring midfielder, and I'm sure that it'll be addressed in the summer. Although, the defence minded nature of the above mentioned players has helped us at times this season, so as long as the goals come elsewhere - it isn't really too much of a problem.

Forest's owner found dead in his gym earlier today. Sh*tting hell.
