Incredibly frustrating as to why we didn't do it a couple of times last night. Fonte had it near the right touchline on one occasion with plenty of space and just needed to drill it but hesitated.
-
Why thank you! Being 4 rows from the front, the ref certainly was told by many around me how bad some of his decision were.

*Waits for Saints fan to register that we would never sell Lambert to our biggest promotion rivals as long as the Pope is catholic*.
-
He's someone who improves on games. Miles off being Premier League ready, though.

We're only getting sh*t draws this year it seems, so it'll most likely be Leicester or Birmingham away. -
@reluctantnicko Knows a lot about us trying for Sharp. Seems to think we're stalling whilst Hooper tries to negotiate a new deal at Celtic.

He probably avoids fans forums so that he avoids 'fans' like you. You'd probably try and reinact this: [video=youtube;VFX-dKpcDz8] With Cortese instead of Bush, obviously.

I didn't boo but people can do what they like at the end of the day. Hearing a couple of people walking out of the ground, they said they did because they thought some of the players didn't put 100% in.

It's harsh to say he's been poor since the first couple of games. Was fantastic at Forest last week, and like above, the whole team was poor last night so it's hardly fair to single anybody out. We all know we need another striker. He missed linking up with Lallana it seemed. Him and Guly did okay but the final ball was lacking.

Updated : Tadanari Lee Set to Sign

"ヒースロー空港で李忠成の到着を待ち中なう。Southampton new signing Japanese striker, Tadanari Lee will be arriving Heathrow soon." https://twitter.com/#!/kokidaiz/status/161821943719411713 -
Sod the last game of the season - Pompey at home a few weeks before. Last minute, Jaidi heads it in from a corner and clinches promotion, whilst relegating Pompey at the same time.

John W*stwood. We could do with an extra toilet to sh*t in in the Chapel.

Just let him rot. It's his career going down the pan.

Mzanka Mathias Zanka Im not going to Southampton, though it would always be a pleasure to see @joshooiveld20 again @Mzanka https://twitter.com/#!/Mzanka/status/160381019286028288 -
They bought too many new players. The squad they finished last season with was hardly bad and was probably play-off standard, but Sven decimated it. Score one and I think they'll fall apart.

Is that the French bloke we're after?

Hooiveld's block, the sending off and Coterill having a hissy fit
Saint_lambden replied to jawillwill's topic in The Saints
Cotterill always has to blame someone else for the fact he's underachieved the past two years. No progress with either Pompey or now Forest. Clear elbow on Connolly, and Tudgay went over like he'd been shot in the first 10 mins, just like Derbyshire did in the reverse fixture to try and get a penalty. Hammond didn't card wave by the looks of it, just pointed out it was an elbow. Kelvin only came running over to break up bodies too. What Hooiveld's tackle for his yellow is doing in there I have no idea, because it was a yellow and no more. -
Lambert who?

4th Round Draw - Millwall or Dagenham Away
Saint_lambden replied to Thorpe-le-Saint's topic in The Saints
Not really sure who I want, as I'm not sure whether I want us to progress in the cup at all! Like above has said, it'll be more interesting than today's game so....anyone at home really. -
He's way too inconsistent. Reading fans get very frustrated by him. A poor man's Guly I suppose!
-
I think Dickson will probably be off this month, but Holmes and Butterfield will most likely start at Coventry Saturday if we're going to continue our Cup rotation policy.

I don't understand this language you speak. Enjoy your relegation battle/pending administration.
