AZ Alkmaar are generally doing a good job recruiting players and managers on a budget. Their DoF is Max Huiberts, might be worth having a look at him.

Ralph has made poor decisions this season. But look at the players he has to work with and his budget. The damage that what done after Koeman left will take years to repair. We need stability at the club and can’t keep changing the manager. And for people who say Ralph should leave, who would come in and do a better job?

The senior players can f*ck off, there’s not a single player in this team I would be sad to see leave.
