St Marys is sh*t because there's no atmosphere from Saints fans on three sides of the ground. The Kingsland has a pocket of support nearest the Northam, the Itchen has a pocket of support nearest the Northam, the Chapel is just crap. Also why do Saints kick towards the Chapel end in the second half. It makes no sense at all. The Northam is where we need to be attacking in the closing stages so we can suck the ball into the net..

Every player Alan Pardew has signed has improved us. He basically started from gound zero with about week before the season started. Against Brentford we were the better team and that's good going because 3 weeks ago they would have hammered the team we could have put out.

You obviously haven't been to many games over the past few seasons. Even before a ball was kicked last season we all knew we were going to be rubbish given the "play the kids" strategy of the ruddy cheeked tosspot. This season Alan Pardew has began repairing the right-off that was last seasons squad and yesterday we began showing signs of solidity at the back and more control of midfield. At Huddersfield we were swamped because the midfield were dysfunctional and only the heroics of KD prevented the defence being exposed as rubbish. If you cannot recognise the improvement i don't think you really have a clue mate.

Good god the manic depressive harbingers of doom are out in force. Yesterday we were the better team and we basically made one mistake at the back all match from which they scored. This in itself is a positive. There's work to be done yet and we will improve. Stop ****ing moaning.

Thought Trottman played well and is a good addition in a weak link area. We just need another Centre Half now to complete the job. Overall Saints were the better side and deserved the win. Not creative enough, but we are improving game on game as the new players gel. Obviously disappointed with the draw though.

From what i've seen so far this season it's us that are due a hiding. I was up at Huddersfield and it could quite easily have been 6-1. Kelvin Davis is the only reason we haven't been humiliated.

What needs to be remembered is how bad last seasons team was. That team forms the nucleus of this seasons team. Alan Pardew is making changes, but it's going to take time. Now is the time to support the club.

The team is full of weak links from top to bottom, but this is where we need to start. We need two centre halfs asap. I'm hopeful that the lad we've signed from Colchester (their ex captain) will marshall the midfield and sort that out. We also need a replacement for Rasiak who is too lazy to play alongside Ricky Lambert. Someone like an Ormerod or a Crouch.

I'm 100% behinf Alan Pardew. Grow up you silly kids and get behind the club.
