I love Yosemite. How long is your trip planned for as that is a quite a drive, especially if you're flying in and out of Frisco and you're coming down for LA and LV. Did you consider Northern CA - coast and Redwood forests?

Oh, are they still ****? I got a dongle from them when I was over on a trip 18 months ago. It was cheap but the wifi service was terrible. Shame, as they offered a handy short term service that other carriers did not.

The Road 7.6/10.1 - Gutwrenchingly depressing, bleak and nightmarish but thoroughly enticing at the same time. Filmed and acted superbly well. Not many other post-apocalyptic films manage to capture the essence of hopelessness this one does. Oh, apart from 2012... Unstoppable 6.6/9.9 - Runaway train with toxic materials. Need to stop it. Denzel Washington. In the most part, surprisingly good fun and not marred by OTT silly Hollywood villains, CGI or absurd twists that could quite easily have been present. A bit like a better acted and more subtle Speed...but with trains.
