he's not match fit. Hasn't played a competitive game since 6th december. Have to wonder why he isn't playing for the U21's
-
Yoshida is naturally Right footed. He's comfortable kicking with both feet (as should every professional footballer) I'd go with Yoshida and Forren. Hooiveld isn't anywhere near good enough
-
Anyone else notice Boruc has a slight Jockanese accent? quite funny
-
off to Reading according to those in Berkshire
-
his fitness is more of a worry for me. since he's signed, we've played 19 league games, he's only played the 90 minutes in 6 (been subbed off in 7 and missed 5 completely with 1 appearance from the bench)
-
Forren hasn't played a competitive game since december 6th
-
are people really believing some 15 year old kid? even if he isn't playing, we have a bigger game on saturday, I'd rather he was fit for Wigan.

Do we need a Campaign for red and white stripes and black shorts
supersonic replied to Miltonroader07's topic in The Saints
1. our home kit is red and white stripes 2. when we went "traditional" with the sash not too many complained -
bookmaker activity is based on number of bets, not knowledge of transfer activity. if enough people bet on an act, it'll get suspended
-
as could the £12m on Ramirez
-
He played for Pochettino at Espanyol. And has spoke very highly of MP. I think we have a chance
-
yeah, stay at home

Different Government, currency, tax system, passports, education system, language....need I go on

I pay my tax thank you. I'm not a member of the Conservative party

As the title says, Thank you, and good luck.

It's part of the determinations of Crown Dependencies. Independent in all but defense and foreign affairs. If GY gets invaded, the UK has to act, and vica versa. anyway, int's 2013, where someone comes from should have no impact at all on how they do the job. I've noticed a lot of moronic comments today from "fans", some borderline racist. Do you know the guy? No, well leave him to do his job, let's get behind him,
-
You seem to be missing my point
-
no he isn't. Like myself, he's from Guernsey. Guernsey isn't part of Britain or the United Kingdom
-
Yet you probably idolise our non-British players like Le Tissier, Ramirez, Lundekvam, Svensson, Pahars etc...

The last time Cortese sacked a manger and appointed a "nobody" it didn't really turn out that bad did it? Yes the timing isn't perfect, but if Cortese thinks MP is the best man for the long run of our club, then so be it. He knows more about what the club wants/needs then any of us on here. Back Pochettino, we seem to have bagged ourselves a very talented young manager to go along with our very talented young squad. To coin a famous phrase, we need to draw a line under it and move on. Pochettino's Red Army... p.s Let's hope the new guy knows the difference between a clap and a wave...
-
nobody forces you to turn up. You seem to be forgetting that if it wasn't for Cortese we very well may be playing Winchester City and Newport IOW rather than Manchester City and Arsenal.

Don't be surprised if Coutinho is brought in...
supersonic replied to Dibden Purlieu Saint's topic in The Saints
at Espanyol all his decent players were sold, he was left with players like Butterfield and Forte, then sacked for getting 9 points in 13 games. Coutinho I wouldn't be surprised with, as maybe now Astori? We certainly are much more attractive to top foreign players which is what we seem to be aiming at. ~Maybe the reason so many foreign bids failed are because of Adkins, I mean, not a household name on the continent, but Pochettino is. -
Before the game or after the game, do what you want. A protest isn't going to do anything apart from more negative stuff. During the game protest is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Back Pochettino, it's his first game, him and the players need support, not moronic behaviour from the crowd. Adkins won't be coming back. May I suggest that if you plan on turning up on Monday and are not going to support the team and the manager during the 90 minutes then don't ****ing bother turning up. All we have to do is look at Chelsea and see where that's getting them
-
of course they will. We'll probably see the best from Ramirez now, and I wouldn't be surprised if Coutinho comes now too.
