Rocket's posted that we've had a bid accepted by Rapid Vienna, but Salihi is yet to hold talks. It's all down to Salihi as to whether he signs for us, and why would he if he's enjoying a prolific season for Rapid? Unless we're offering more money...

Both have gone down in my estimations. Matty shouldn't spout off in public. Seems a tad of jealousy that Pinnacle didn't gain control of SFC, Cortese and Markus stealing the headlines and adulation instead. I think he should tone down a bit, let what he did for us on the pitch do the talking and keep his dirty washing with Cortese in private. As for Benali, he wasn't really a legend, pretty poor player actually, bit like Wotton, gave 100% but not alot of talent, and he too should keep tight-lipped about private warring with Cortese. Bringing it into the public domain on national TV won't help anyone, especially not OUR club which they both say they want the best for. If that's true, then stop undermining the progress the club is making under Cortese!! FFS. Dark forces indeed, Nicola.

Way too early for him to be leaving. Shame. He saw the bright lights and grabbed the chance with both hands. He won't get played, and he'll take longer to develop than if he stayed here. Let's be honest, both Davis and Bialkowski won't be amongst the best keepers if we get into the Championship, to put it lightly. We need to delve into the money pot and buy ourselves a quality keeper.

Can't really say that for sure unless you have both owners' wealth and the relative amount they're willing to spend on the club. Pretty sure Mandaric doesn't have more than the fund ML left behind, even if they are splashing the cash. Not worried about Wednesday anyway. We have enough points on them.

I've got a feeling we've still got targets and will push the boundaries to get them at the cheapest price, so expect some late deals.

Why should Chambo or Adkins speak out in a statement when nothing of the sort was done when Bolton, Chelsea, Fulham and Wolves were all after Lallana (rumours spouted once again). Lallana didn't speak out when those clubs were supposedly close to signing him, and then he goes and signs a 4 and a half year deal with us. The silence from AOC and his dad is nothing to worry about.
