Tella looked very good, that goal will do him the world of good. I'm going to ignore the brains trust on here that say he's not good enough, he looks a decent player to me. Not a massive fan of Stephens but he played well and Salisu is going to be the great signing Ralph keeps hinting at. Adams did well again, im kind of warming to him, now if he could sort his shit out when it comes to putting away straightforward chances....... Armstrong and KWP very good as is often the way. I thought Minimino was better but as its pretty obvious we wont be keeping him its irrelevsnt really. Redmond.........absolute crap. When we were having a spell of keep ball and knocking it around as soon as it went to him the next person to touch it had a yellow shirt on, he cant even do that when not being pressed. Please get rid FFS.

He is a very good player but i think age has caught up with him insofar as playing the style Ralph wants to play. Despite your observation we are still unbalanced with him playing because most of the attacking threat comes down the right from Walker-Peters. If we are looking to buy a pacey left back to attack down that flank in the same way then that is progress. Dare say Ryan three or four years ago would have done the job more than adequately.

If he won’t sign then let him run down his contract. The transfer fee we would get for him is nothing compared to staying in the Premier League and to do that we need him. The club need to grow some balls on this one.

To be fair in the last three games we have looked tighter at the back when he hasn't been playing. Both Salisu and Stephens have surprisingly done ok at left back. And i dont notice much difference in our attacking play down the left side either. He's been a great signing for us, if this is the end its a pity but he hasn't looked on his game the past couple of months.

Yep. simple as that really, when you get two great chances in a Premier league game you just have to take one, especially if the keeper is passing it straight to you. Look as people have said he's not a 20 goal a season man but bloody hell when offered a golden chance he should be finding the target a lot more than he does. That miss against Burnley in the final minute a few weeks ago sums Adams up for me in a nutshell unfortunately.

The way they were talking in the fans forum on Thursday night its pretty safe to assume the deal is done and its just waiting for an official announcement at the end of the season presumably. Theo is and has always been a typical winger for me, hes either very good or very poor with little in between. He was crap last night but that was a great ball through for Tella to set up Adams for probably our best chance in the first half. If he's signing for his experience to help the younger players and is going to be a bench option then fine. If he's coming as a regular starter then we are going to struggle.

I thought Obafemi looked decent when he came on, especially given his long lay off. Is it me or has he filled out, he looked a big unit to me or has he always been like that ?

To be honest he’s played himself out of getting that extra year - if that’s what the dispute is - over the past few months. Always been desperate for him to sign but now, not so much.

Would it be too cynical of me to note that the two players selected are among the very few, probably just them actually, who are above criticism this season? 🤣

I had to mute the sound for the second half, he got on my tits in the first half, kept apologising for mentioning the 9-0 but then carried on talking about it anyway. The number of times these commentators are desperate for the bigger team, or should I say team chasing Champions League places, to win is unbelievable. I’ve always liked Tyler but this past 18 months or so maybe his time to be put out to grass has come.

Leicester are better away from home, they are all out for a Champions League place while we are…..well we will probably put up a decent show in the first half, may even take the lead, but as so often happens the second half will be a shit show.
