  1. Yup, I expected the worse and happy to be proved wrong. Bournemouth weren't at the races but defensively we looked solid. McCarthy didn't have a lot to do and that's down to us stopping their play.
  2. Long was superb when he came on, caused them all sorts of problems.
  3. Newcastle is the must win game, I said I'd be content with 4 points from these 2 games.
  4. I only watched the second half, but we were the better team. Bournemouth, as always, bottle it against us. They almost looked scared
  5. What game were you watching?
  6. For that team selection alone I’ve changed my mind on Hughes. OUT now.
  7. I just want us to go 4-2-3-1
  8. As much as I would like him to come here, I think he's got his sights a lot higher than us. Unless we've completely changed our strategy and are going to be throwing mega bucks around.
  9. Order
  10. After Pellegrino left Alaves, they hired a guy called Abelardo. Now Alaves are currently top of the league in Spain... Would he come here, surely we can offer more money.
  11. Total
  12. I'll be judging him after the next two games. No wins in either of them and I'm afraid my judgement will be that we'll need a new manager. I do expect us to beat Newcastle at home, so that's the big game. Knowing us though he'll be judged in March when it's too late.
  13. Yeh, in terms of achievements this century, Koeman has to be top, then it goes: Puel Strachan Pochettino Adkins (would be higher obviously but I'm going by Premier League only for this list) Sturrock Pellegrino Wigley Redknapp Relative to the strength of the squad, Puel would be top by a country mile.

  15. The Arse?
  16. The game could've been entirely different had Sunderland been given a penalty when it was still at 0-0. Think we would've ended up at 10 men too.
  17. Apparently he's giving most of his fortune to 'charitable causes' so you never know, we might get lucky after all. Or maybe he's put in a good word for us and Bill Gates will come calling.
  18. Seventies
  19. Elyounoussi scored for Norway Don't think we've seen the best of this guy yet, hopefully he's overcome his injury because we need him on top form.
  20. Bournemouth are an odd one, win 4-0 one week, lose 4-0 another week. Defensively neither team are particularly good.
  21. So this means we’re stuck with Gao forever then?
  22. His record is scored 30 pens, missed 9. 77% conversion record
  23. Desperate or not, there's no excuse for this at all. And if I was that desperate for money, there are a million things I can think of that I'd try to do before something like this even entered my mind.
  24. Carrier
