I think we were obviously searching for a striker, perhaps with the intention of loaning out Gallagher again, but we have obviously decided to give Sam a chance in the first team.
-
I don't think any club below us has signed players to the point that they are a better side than us. But yes, it would be nice to bring in a couple of fresh faces.
-
On an unrelated note, it's Birmingham v Liverpool for the 2022 Commonwealth Games. https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2017/jul/09/birmingham-liverpool-2022-commonwealth-games?CMP=share_btn_tw Come on Birmingham!

Can't use the AR-10 account so he's back to the old one
-
There's always January if it's clear that he's not getting chances in the team. Obviously, Gabbiadini and Austin will be ahead but there's no reason why he can't force his way into the team.

£3M after tax? Perhaps the £86,000 per week was the pre-tax figure?
-
They're winning 6-0 at Havant and Waterlooville. The days of losing to the likes of Gibraltar are well and truly behind them now.
-
Koeman's track record suggests otherwise. He has a long history of failing in Europe. Dutch clubs, Valencia, and with us.
-
Our fans are more Mars than Snickers people. Or putting them on people's heads...
-
We really have some absolute melts masquerading as Saints supporters. Christ alive.
-
I guess it's an entirely separate trip or if we're going there straight after playing in Switzerland. If the latter, perhaps some of the east/south east based teams.
-
So many of our fans are getting their knickers in a twist because teams are signing average players for stupid money. Remember that thread, the one if we should be worried about Palace and Stoke?
-
Surely we would want to play a first team? Doesn't do us much good if we have to play an U23 team.
-
OK, I've been through this list, and these are the teams that it could be... http://www.sport.es/es/noticias/laliga/pretemporada-2017-2018-todos-los-equipos-primera-laliga-6143850 Real Madrid (have a date free between 2nd August in Chicago and 8th August in Macedonia but unlikely, unless it's a reserve team) Real Sociedad (have nothing after 2nd August) Athletic Bilbao (play in Dublin on the 8th August, so they could squeeze in a game possibly) Las Palmas (nothing between 29th July and 11th August) Málaga (nothing between 23rd July and 11th August) Betis (nothing after 26th July) Girona (Playing in England 25th and 27th July, would they stick around for over a week?) If I was to guess, Real Sociedad seems the most likely.

People have been moaning about MLG on Twitter too, so it's not just on here that he annoys everyone. Trying to constantly play devil's advocate just rubs people up the wrong way.
-
It obviously isn't true, for two reasons. Firstly, VVD wants Champions League football. Secondly, Everton have already signed a CB for big money.
-
If he can't get in a very poor Cardiff team... he isn't good enough for us. I think he's off to Plymouth anyway. A hat-trick at Fratton Park would be nice...
-
That means our home game against Man Utd is a 3pm kick off on a Saturday. Which is a bit of a surprise.
-
Saints U23s are playing against Lorca on 22nd July at Pinatar Arena
-
One fan on twitter saying how good it is that the media aren't leaking any of their new signings. I'm sure SSN will have made it non-stop breaking news though for England's biggest and bestest most historic football club in the entire world.

AR10 is a troll account - probably the same account as Heisenberg I imagine.
-
Maybe we wanted to keep him but he wanted to move on?

Sell batman and Heisenberg Bring in KloppLover409 and YNWA20323

Can we finish higher than eighth in the 2017-18 season?
