Wanyama apparently on the bench. -

Googled 'funny Ibiza' and this was about the 5th image which came up. Can't be a coincidence. -
A transfer window is just the period in which a player can be registered. There is no restriction on selling as far as I am aware.
-
You can sell players outside the transfer window.

The Saints Squad as it now stands... where are the gaps?
Lighthouse replied to SaintJackoInHurworth's topic in The Saints
I think we need to find a striker with strength and pace. Lambert has one, JRod has the other but a big powerful monster in the Lukaku mould wouldn't go amiss. -
Probably just trying to build up a bit of support before the next general election.

Were we crazy to dismiss Bossingwa last summer? A Chelsea player and a Champions League winner, surely he should have walked into our team. Personally I think there are better targets out there within our reach. I've never seen Quagmire play so I'll leave it to the scouts but people are right to be wary of a 30 year old with injury problems and a patchy scoring record.

If anyone is interested, Lens was subbed off at half time on his Dynamo Kiev debut after failing to make much impact against Volyn Lutsk. 'Quick but didn't do much' seemed to be the general verdict.

It seems Luke goes to the same barber as Danny Fox. Oh dear.

That's probably on par with shows like Lizard Lick Towing, Storage Hunters, Amish Mafia and Rat B*stards on TV at the moments. Rat B*stards is my personal favourite.

The point I was making is that bringing in these foreign signings isn't really compromising our young English talent. Puncheon isn't really young any more which leads me to believe he is probably as good as he is going to get.
-
Not really, we still have all of the decent young English players from last season and most of them will be pushing for a first team place. The players who look likely to be pushed out of the side are the likes of Guly, De Ridder, Hooiveld, Fox, Fonte and Puncheon. 5 of those aren't English and at 27 Punch isn't exactly up and coming. I think the only young English player who may lose out at the moment is Cork but he will get plenty of game time. Shaw, Clyne, JWP and Rod will continue to play and hopefully improve.
-
Your point being? That wont be our squad next season. 2 or 3 more decent signings and it will be in with a very good chance. We wont have to be world class to finish above Everton, Swansea or West Brom next season.

Calling your customers scum isn't the cleverest idea in the world. Recording it and posting it on YouTube is just a little bit 'special'. The only real concern here is that these chaps might show the same lack of professionalism and intelligence in their actual building work and someone ends up getting hurt. Let's hope their supervisor has half a brain cell.

I flew into Girona yesterday, thunderstorms everywhere. Looks like it has improved a bit since then.

I suspect our first 11 may not include Lambert next season. We seem to be looking at some pretty hefty signings to lead the line and JRod is also up and coming. Don't think Lallana would be in my first choice team either. A front 6 of something like - - - - - Cork - VW Ramirez - Morgan - JRod/Lallana - - - - - Osvaldo/Damiao/Other delete as applicable

King Wayne has a good ring to it, so I'll go with that. For a girl I'll take a guess at Harper 7.

It's really hard to see a happy ending in this for Gazza. The guy just doesn't have the will power or the mental strength to get himself out of it. If nothing else hopefully his downfall will act as a warning to younger people who think it's cool to go out and get continuously smashed every night. In most of the photos I've seen of Gazza in the last year or so he looks like a man in his 60s. Have you guys still not figured it out yet? He will post ANYTHING for attention. ANYTHING.
