  1. Davis - Since Bart is injured FR - I think he is the better option long term Martin/Jaid - RJ can't play every match Fonte - Obviously Harding - Just edges Dickson AOC/Guess - Wouldn't start Alex every game. Chalow - We play better with him Morgan/Dean - Really can't decide Lallana - Undroppable Lambert - League 1's top scorer again??? Barnard - Can't for the life of me understand how Guly starts ahead of him.
  2. I'm confused. Is all this going in the movie?
  3. Wasn't it some rather nasty velcro which did for you last time out?
  4. He's in his 30s now, bit old for Mikey. Think I'd go with: Jackie Chan - Baj Mike Myers - Stevegrant John Goodman - SRS Rupert Grint - Robsk 1/2 Jedward - Mikey Eddie Murphy - Dune Queen Latifah - BTF Jimmy Saville - Turkish
  5. Saving Private Ryan, The Great Excape and The Dambusters were all great. Eascape to Victory was good, partly for the cameos. The Guns of Navarone is a Classic The Heroes of Telemark Battle of the Bulge
  6. Remember in 2005 when Reading suddenly decided they were our rivals? F**k me that was annoying.
  7. He killed a father of five. Slightly poor taste don't you think?
  8. If there's anyone likely to be more biased towards that stadium than Seagul fans, it's the bloke building it. Not saying it won't be nice, but I'd hardly take it as Gospel.
  9. Yeah, but with Forte, Guess, Lallana, AOC, Lambert, Guly, Barnard and Conolly I can't see Cortese sanctioning another attacking player.
  10. With Forte and Guess, I really can't see us getting anyone else in, regardless of how much wonga we've got.
  11. So you're saying he was trying to kick that blokes elbow?
  12. I'm working for this one, but Christ on a bike I hope we wipe the floor with them, then vacuum the curtains and unblock the drains. 4 defeats on the bounce just isn't right. 4-0 please Saints.
  13. Shoyt BUT... We went away and matched what other teams did at home. Yes we missed an opportunity, but we haven't lost ground and it's still in our hands to get second. Can we do it? Absolutely. Do I think we will? Not on your nelly. As an aside, we signed 2 'creative' players in January and neither of them could get on the pitch tonight when we were apparently short of ideas. WTF Adkins?
  14. Bompey, Posh and Udders all drawing. NEED to take advantage of this FFS!!! etc.
  15. Think we're doing it wrong...
  16. I wonder if anyone has missed a penalty.
  17. Perhaps he should try kicking the ball instead of Alex.
  18. Kaprun in Austria has a glacier which is usually good for off season skiing.
  19. Guess I should just be greatful Holmo isn't fit.
  20. Not saying you are lazy personally, just that it's a very lazy conclusion that many people seem to jump to. Saints involved in business with Arsenal, therefore part of a deal for AOC. Not saying he wont sign for Arsenal in the summer, but I don't think this is much of an indicator.
  21. It's surprising that Arsenal would loan a young player, who isn't even on the bench, to a lower League side? Really? I think all this talk of Shea being some kind of makeweight for AOC is just lazy conjecture. I mean seriously, when do you ever hear about clubs loaning players out months before a potential transfer has taken place? If we sell AOC it will be because the price is right and the player wants to leave. Not as a thankyou for loaning us a goalkeeper.
  22. Ah, so you read that thread on planet F1 too then. This is of course all a plot by Robert Kubica to cancel all the races at the start of the season. He's already got rid of Bahrain, but hasn't got the floods in Australia quite right yet.
  23. Christ I wish people wouldn't call him that. It's quite possibly the chavies nickname I've ever heard.
  24. Just seen this. COULD be put back to the penultimate race of the season, but definitely off as far as the season opener is concerned. Must be annoying for both the fans who were planning to attend, but the political situation is far more important.
  25. Can't see how being plunged deep into relegation troubles is going to motivate them any further. I would expect their desire to go through the floor after that. Certainly didn't do us any good. I would rather have AOC as an option on the bench with his pace for this one. He also had a blinder against Exeter.
