  1. Exactly the sort of rubbish that destroyed may. The Eu are in the stronger position so the uk can’t insist upon parallel discussions, which is quite rational imo too as look how long the negotiation on just these 3 issues because of unrealistic uk desires incompatible with their own red lines. The problems with the Irish border won’t go away without staying in the single market.
  2. What a depressing notion it is that an extremist like Johnson is favorite to become pm.
  3. Wonder how many VAR penalty retakes there will be for Goalkeeper foot rule before penalty is taken.
  4. The home kit looks horrible. The black and yellow away kit looks ok.
  5. Yeah would be very happy. Still think will want to keep hold of him though.
  6. The skeptic in me thinks they are probably only interested in paying a loan fee
  7. I thought Alfie Jones was very good yesterday. Interesting to see if he gets first team opportunities next year. Also felt it was noticeable how the midfield went to pieces when slattery was withdrawn.
  8. Great achievement if somewhat nervy final few minutes
  9. Alot of the players we want rid will be loans you'd think. So then you've got to think where we generate the hard cash to improve the team especially as we've likely already spent a large chunk of next season's money on Ings. We might small fees for the likes of reed/Gallagher. Targett, I think he's an ok backup player but he'll 24 by next season he may be moved on with someone like Vokins progressed if we get another bid for him like we did from Fulham. Stephens, If we are after another centre back and unless he has a redmond style bounce back you'd think he's the someone that will be moved on if we can cash for him. Mccarthy, If Ralph has decided Gunn's his first choice, having a player in his prime, who's been called up for england in past may well entice a juicy bid from someone Top 3 priorities No 1 (striker) No 2 (centre back) No 3 (attacking mid)
  10. Yeah hopefully major restructuring in the summer because it’s been depressing again. Also Hopefully i’ll Never have to see the likes of Austin in a saints shirt again.
  11. Extremely disappointing end to the season. Can't understand why we gave the useless Austin yet more minutes. Hoped never to see him again in a Saints shirt.
  12. Gunn Valery Yoshida Bednarek Targett Romeu Hojberg JWP Sims Gallagher Redmond
  13. Pretty appalling. Lack of desire to get points is really sickening. Feel sorry for anyone who paid money for that rubbish showing. Forster still refuses to catch the ball far too often, giving them second goal. Long looking for a penalty rather 5han shooting illustrates why we need a striker. Elyounessi, embarrassing that he was given another 90 minutes to illustrate just how crap he is. Stephens, should be doing a lot better for the third.
  14. Disgusting lazy performance by saints. Players wanting to dribble past entire west ham team rather plan play a through ball and jogging to close down and bottling out of tackles. Get useless elyounessi off please.
  15. Shame I was hoping gallagher would be given one last chance saloon start to try and impress
  16. Fortunately they are missing a couple of players, Though i’m Not a huge fan of elyounessi in for Redmond.
  17. Typical big team reffing from the sounds of it
  18. Wonder who the changes will be I'd like to see Gallagher given a start in one of the last 2 games. Guessing Lemina will be given a start If Forster does play i do hope he's stopped that horrid technique of trying to punch any shot away that he developed last season.
  19. Tough one, some of the poorer teams to be relegated in a while Huddersfield: Schindler (if we were forced to) Cardiff: Camarasa (if we were forced to) Fulham: Mawson(talented, young, had injury disrupted season in a defence that's constantly chopped and changed and not protected properly) or sessegnon(but he'll go to someone like Spurs)
  20. Can't really see us shelling out a big fee on a 30 year old.
  21. Gunn Valery Bednarek Yoshida Bertrand Hojberg Romeu JWP Armstrong Ings Redmond Subs Mccarthy, Stephens, Targett, Lemina, Gallagher, Long, Sims
  22. I’m annoying we shot ourselves in the foot, meaning less chance of getting ahead of the dross above us than any fear of Cardiff. Finishing a smidge above Cardiff would be pitiful.
  23. Frustrating to throw away 2 points.
