Personally I think the attacking mid is a very big priority especially as it seems Ralph wants Redmond further forward in his preferred formation. I hope hope boufal comes back and knuckles down and shows he’s capable of being part of things but we shouldn’t be relying on that. Armstrong doesn’t strike me as someone who is particularly well suited to how Ralph want to play either.

I know swap deals are rather rare but i wonder if there would be interest in them for Gallagher as a part of any deal, given he did ok on loan there.

With vestergaard feel we are much less susceptible to folding to that sort of player. We still need to replace the organizational/leadership aspect we had with fonte/van dijk.
-
Yeah we set standards across all sorts of categories. I don't see people saying we should abandon all them because people would have option to work out themselves if they should avoid the potentially dangerous ones.
-
Makes complete sense to move Targett on if we get a reasonable bid from Fulham imo.

Walcott has hardly been an outright failure. he's played 40 odd games and scored 9 goals for Everton.

Yeah I disappointed he didn’t get at least one start this season but it’s clearly time for him to go elsewhere now. Same with hesketh who I also like as a player. -
More nonsense. The Eu has been clear from the start you can’t cut out one of the freedoms and expect the rest of the freedoms.

They are the wildcard obviously, though Labour got more votes than tories and are somewhere on the soft brexit/2nd referendum depending which member of the shadow cabinet you ask.
-
Lib dems, green, snp, change & plaid were all strongly anti brexit and they outstripped the combined Ukip/brexit party share of the vote.
-
The fact remain parties got more votes is hardly spin

Exactly the sort of rubbish that destroyed may. The Eu are in the stronger position so the uk can’t insist upon parallel discussions, which is quite rational imo too as look how long the negotiation on just these 3 issues because of unrealistic uk desires incompatible with their own red lines. The problems with the Irish border won’t go away without staying in the single market. -

What a depressing notion it is that an extremist like Johnson is favorite to become pm. -
Wonder how many VAR penalty retakes there will be for Goalkeeper foot rule before penalty is taken.

The home kit looks horrible. The black and yellow away kit looks ok.

Yeah would be very happy. Still think will want to keep hold of him though.

The skeptic in me thinks they are probably only interested in paying a loan fee -

I thought Alfie Jones was very good yesterday. Interesting to see if he gets first team opportunities next year. Also felt it was noticeable how the midfield went to pieces when slattery was withdrawn. -

Dodgy keeper -
Alot of the players we want rid will be loans you'd think. So then you've got to think where we generate the hard cash to improve the team especially as we've likely already spent a large chunk of next season's money on Ings. We might small fees for the likes of reed/Gallagher. Targett, I think he's an ok backup player but he'll 24 by next season he may be moved on with someone like Vokins progressed if we get another bid for him like we did from Fulham. Stephens, If we are after another centre back and unless he has a redmond style bounce back you'd think he's the someone that will be moved on if we can cash for him. Mccarthy, If Ralph has decided Gunn's his first choice, having a player in his prime, who's been called up for england in past may well entice a juicy bid from someone Top 3 priorities No 1 (striker) No 2 (centre back) No 3 (attacking mid)

Yeah hopefully major restructuring in the summer because it’s been depressing again. Also Hopefully i’ll Never have to see the likes of Austin in a saints shirt again.
