Sam Sodje says they are the bestest fans in world football ever. https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/football/portsmouth-fc/no-disrespect-i-enjoyed-every-club-i-played-for-but-believe-me-portsmouth-fans-are-something-else-ex-leeds-west-brom-brentford-watford-reading-man-sam-sodje-3210410

"Niemi" - surprised Pedantic Pete didn't spot that.

Omens are good for this one. Chelsea came back from a crushing defeat to West Brom and won their cup game, don't see why we shouldn't do the same.
-
I've watched him in youth games where he stands out as a cut above those he's playing against. I've been very disappointed by his PL appearances to date, still think there's a player in there somewhere.

Wasn't Davros Donkey Dowie a surveyor or something?
-
Hardly - he's a decent looking u21 international and only 19. Clearly a standout prospect
-
Indeed, Global Force FC are now 5th in League 1
-
This, lots here with short memories. He's had injuries, and like any human being he has off days, but he's a decent footballer.
-
Yes, that is very funny
-
A far cry from the days of the Portsmouth Galacticos. Perhaps Maradona is a more realistic option now he's dead?
-
They were top of the league in December, their season has completely fallen apart
-
I don't think I can take watching any more of that. I swear the quality of football in League 1 has fallen off a cliff since we were in it.

This is also my feeling

We're going to need replacements for Ings and probably Bertrand, and with very little money, this will be tough. However, we've made some very astute purchases recently so I'm optimistic.
-
He was good today, it's true.
-
We have definitely upped our recruitment recently but Djenepo is a waste of money. I've seen enough now, and I don't see him coming good.
-
That sounds extremely implausible
-
We should have kept Matt Targett
-
I was always impressed by Ramsay in youth games, and I hope he can prove his worth tonight. COYS!

We are clearly in the market for a full back, preferably one we can get in on a loan before we buy. We need to get at least one keeper off our books, and Hoedt, if we can.
