I'll be there watching Northern Ireland if we qualify. (Already travelled to Budapest, Athens & Bucharest this campaign.) If we beat Finland in Belfast this month we'll have one foot in the finals. Happy days!

Reading this thread there must have been around 20000+ tourists at our games recently as there's very little noise coming from anywhere bar the Northam and a small section in the Itchen.

I thought it looked harsh yesterday until I got home and watched the tv replays. It was a clear red. There was no intent to injure Barrow (his eyes were always looking at the ball) but Ryan's gone right over the top of it and taken him out. His heel brushing the top of it does not constitute winning the ball. If it had been one of our lads on the receiving end there'd be plenty of whining on here about it.

Just one of those days. We weren't great and Swansea took their chance, fair play to them. Pelle looked isolated up front, our right side of Clyne and Tadic was abysmal in the second half, Prowsey was poor. I'm not convinced Forster should have kept Shelvey's shot out though, it was a decent hit. The sooner Wanyama, Schneiderlin & Toby (although Yoshi was fine yesterday) are back and we get Davo back up the pitch the better.

Agreed, very disappointing performance and result. Not one of them played well.

I'm an Ards fan. I 'adopted' Saints when I moved here and have been a season ticket holder for 10 years. I'm definitely a plastic but my wee lad's a born and bred Saint! Northern Irish actually! (But we digress.)
