  1. Not quite everyone, apparently.
  2. Show me where I compared CO2 to asbestos. There's only 1 idiot around here, and it isn't me -
  3. I assure you I am neither JC or an idiot. You stated that CO2 is not poisonous to humans, without clarifying with 'at normal atmospheric concentration'. Perhaps, to prevent your continuing to be a subject of ridicule, you shouldn't post sweeping, inaccurate, generalisations. A helpful link for you, ( and anybody else who might be interested ); https://www.kane.co.uk/knowledge-centre/what-are-safe-levels-of-co-and-co2-in-rooms
  4. Not bothered. Anyway, I'm quite able to compete on the 'poor' unbringing but now 'done good' stakes, though it might end up reading like this;
  5. Post # 1581 on the Global Warming thread;
  6. Not a good advert for 4 day matches.
  7. 11 points each.
  8. If you ask GM it is probably anybody who cannot afford a Range Rover.
  9. Err, yes it is, although technically it is an asphyxiant, and will suffocate you long before it reaches a high enough level to poison you.
  10. Putting short term monetary gain above longer term ecological damage. Typical narrow minded thinking; "I'm alright Jack, and I don't give a stuff about the prospects for my great-grandchildren".
  11. Didn't David Davis want 'Canada plus plus plus' ? : "The best of Canada, the best of Japan, and the best of South Korea", whatever that gobbledegook really adds up to.
  12. Presumably that's 3 from the named 4, though I'd be happy to see all 4 go, especially West Ham.
  13. So far so good !
  14. We have put the radio commentary on as everything on the TV seems to be a repeat, only to hear the same old story of an England collapse.
  15. I'd gladly accept his 'basic' for doing naff all each week.
  16. This is, presumably, our 2nd string team
  17. Yet again, Sixtus' dad shows how out of touch with reality he is, by suggesting the issue of the NI-Eire border post-Brexit is solved by going back to the arrangements we had during 'the Troubles'.
  18. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-45315970 "According to the Los Angeles Times, a gamer opened fire after losing, then killed himself. " - over reaction from a bad loser ?
  19. Puel wasn't given a chance, MoPe was an abject failure of the scouting and management teams, Sparky had to be given this season, but may well prove to be poor in the longer term. During the tenures of all 3 the 'developement' of the squad has been badly mismanaged, but how much real input have any of the 3 had ? ( Carillo was signed as a sop to MoPe, but all that really does is reinforce the argument that the Board level decisions are the work of imbeciles - the correct action at that time would have been to dump the manager ).
  20. To win, you need to score; Ings, Long, and Austin, ( it looks like Hughes will never start Gabbi ), will struggle to score 20 between them.
  21. Ask and it shall be done, plus Surrey scraped past Lancashire.
  22. Given the appallingly low rate of crime prosecutions, re-offenders can reasonably assume they'll get away with whichever is their misdemeanor of choice. The risk of being put back in the jug wouldn't register.
  23. Officially it saves money and improves efficiency. In reality, it's another example of allowing public money to be leached away by the relatives and ex school chums of our Political masters.
  24. And how many seasons before the last one were you wrong ?
