I expect inflation will rise and their may be an upheaval when we do trigger clause 50 but the more the commission behave like some sort of sinister religious cult scheming to punish somebody who dares leave I think it is great that we are out.

I think that we came out of the bottom three for the first time that season after the Wimbledon game. I think it was Charlton who had to win on the last game of the season but Sheff Weds beat them 1-0.

There will and already has been lots of 'substitution'. UK agricultural is more competitive than it has been for a few years and the supermarkets make decisions ruthlessly based on price - even more so now that Lidl and Aldi have taken share from them. Farmers rotate their crops every year and it takes no real extra investment. Most people want cheap food and that is why Lidl and Aldi have taken share. Consumption habits will shift. I apologise but I cannot resist pointing out that EU imported beer brands like Heineken will be more expensive and will lose out to British brewed beers.

It is quite straight forward for if the £ is drops then Mr Tesco sources his Bacon from the UK not Holland or Denmark, his beef from the UK not Ireland etc etc and I would still think that most food is not manufactured it is reared or grown and if it is processed then factories around Europe will be sourcing from us now because of the favourable exchange rate. It is not a question of people reverting back to eating seasonal fruit and veg, more a question of more people eating seasonal fruit and veg because it is cheaper.

I think it is great that all these supermarkets will now be sourcing their products where they can domestically. That is good news for the economy. Countries like Greece and Spain must be a bit miffed they joined the Euro and will be in perpetual poverty for years to come unable to change their exchange rates. Enforced austerity from the EU.

I think a lot do struggle. There is a high rate of bankruptcy among many ex players. Badly advised, bad investments and continuing to spend like they are still on 30K a week.

I found it a very good read. I liked the contributors and their writing style. If fanzines do remerge then I would not expect them not to be 'retro' but beat their own path and this one does have its own style. I appreciated that. It will be interesting how much is raised for Southampton hospital.

I wouldn't buy season tickets if I could not lend them to people when we cannot go - I have been once this season. I would also suggest that sometimes companies buy them and let people in the office borrow them.
