There isn't any, they sold all their freeholds a few years ago. That's one of their main problems.

He was one of our better players towards the end of last season. If he's prepared to work for the sort of wages Bournemouth can afford, I'd have him back here in a flash.

You'll get the best rate through a cashpoint.

Huddersfield have got a nicer stadium than us. How do they manage to pay their mortgage?
-
Ah I saw it on the Southampton Echo site, story posted at 9.30.
-
Was it a coincidence that you asked that question shortly before a local paper ran a story on it?

Wouldn't the Isle of Wight take the brunt of it? I'd have thought Portsmouth and Southampton would be ok. Edit: In fact, looking at a map, I can't see that any tsunami caused by events in the Canaries would come anywhere near us. I did hear in the past that it would hit the East coast of America.

At the one in Edinburgh the lager is £4, plus a £4 deposit on the mug.

The only person going on about 'great managers' appears to be you. You asked if he'd be doing better than how we are now. It wouldn't take a great manager to do that, just a decent one.

Have you ever been to Portsmouth city centre? It's a stinking hole.

Because out of town developments aren't allowed any more?

Lol, apart from that everything is rosy.

I blame Henry VIII for all of our problems. If it wasn't for him, he wouldn't have so many divorces and broken families, everyone would be much happier and there would be less crime.

In the Sunday Times this week they reckoned that Home was being launched within the next 10 days (so the next week now).

As far as I can see, no-one has made any comments about him personally at all.

They come here for the weather. Let's face it, where would you rather be, the south of France or lovely England? -
Not good enough for Spurs, but good enough for Real........ http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/7773422.stm Bet Madrid wish they could have had Redknapp instead.

All this 'Johann Cruyff' , 'Dutch', nonsense is starting to get very tiresome.

I wouldn't imagine that too many asylum seekers fly straight out of their home country to the UK. I thought asylum seekers hid in the back of trucks whilst they were smuggled across borders etc? If the home country waves it's residents in and out with a smile on it's face, I'd suggest that those people don't really need asylum. -
I'll be 33 in a couple of months, and although I'm aware of such a thing as branch lines, I couldn't tell you what or where they were. I'd be in favour of expanding the railway network, but any attempt to build new lines these days will just get bogged down in protests from NIMBY's. And they'd have a point to be honest, a train line at the end of your garden is bloody noisy.

I take it you'll be giving him half if you are successful?

I expected us to get relegated, and to be honest we are doing a pretty good job of meeting my expectations. If we were able to hang onto our better players we might scrape through, but we all know that isn't going to happen. I expect us to be worse in the second half of the season than we've been in the first.

Sorry, I can't find this anywhere on the net, but heard it on the radio this morning so I may be paraphrasing slightly. Warnock basically said that a month or two ago Palace were shocking, and he couldn't see where the next points were coming from. But he's changed their system of play, changed a couple of players, and now they are flying. Hearing that really makes me wonder why Saints continue to try doing exactly the same (ineffective) things every week? Where is the harm in trying something different?
