Mike Williamson has played a few games for Newcastle too. I think he came into the Academy from Torquay. I also seem to remember when the PA Announcer tried to intruduce him to the fans at the Dell, he forgot his name. He was later released by us and went on to Wycombe I believe.

Would agree although, from watching it on TV, I thought it would be a blimp. The drone was very smooth whilst broadcasting.

Cannot believe that was 10 years ago.David Prutton came to us with Danny Higginbotham and I remember Wigley saying at the time, that we got the one we wanted. Prutton was captain of England under 21's then. He had some good games but never reached the potential anticipated whilst Danny turned out to be the better buy.

These are the same players we had early in season when we played well. In fact we have improved the team. Now trying too hard and thus lost confidence. Give Pelle a rest and play long at CF and bring in Duricvic for Tadic. The fans wil get behind the team and an early goal will make all the difference. We have had a wonderful season to date.
