I think if there's any doubt over Connolly, save him for Brentford on Tues night.
-
The limit is 10/15 yellows now.
-
It's going to be him or Lloyd James, as we have a central defender shortage. Chris Perry and Wayne Thomas are the only two available.

http://www.thisisexeter.co.uk/news/Exeter-City-away-end-tickets-delay/article-1729359-detail/article.html The local rag's opinion on the ticketing arrangements...
-
On Saturday, we may need him in midfield if Wotton has to drop back to centre back!
-
It's the back four short term that could be a worry, for Saturday... No Jaidi No Otsemobor No Seaborne No Fonte No Aaron Martin ...could be a Thomas Lancashire Perry Harding situation!
-
http://www.myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=62693&part=sports Nothing yet, but advises to check back nearer the time...
-
I have attended two away games this year and am going to Brentford, but naturally one of those tickets was bought by another season ticket holder!
-
Has been signed by MK Dons tonight on loan until end of the season.
-
Interesting. Could be a shirt swap scenario, with Stock being the current Donny No.8... Hope it comes off!
-
Andros Townsend on loan for left midfield, though is more renowned for his attacking rather than defending
-
Lancashire may go out on loan again and Thomas may be leaving (given his defence in the speeding case) which would leave us with just three recognised defenders at the end of the month. Elliot Ward would make it four, and should Perry retire/go into coaching next year, Lancashire would come back as the 4th option...

All of Saints' current first team squad defenders (Thomas, Perry, Jaidi) are the wrong side of 30, two the wrong side of 34! The main reserve player is vastly inexperienced (Lancashire). I think we need a couple of new additions to supplement the above, you could just say Fonte is a replacement for Trotman (has he been given the No.12 shirt? )
-
He's on loan at Tranmere until the end of the season, so no chance there sadly. His contract at Man City apparently expires then too.....
-
Slow but persistant snow in Fairy Oake, Allington Lane looks a bit dicey
-
...and me if possible, please!
-
Pretty pleased with a low-key draw to be honest, with the LDV 1st leg scheduled for the Wednesday beforehand!
-
Looking at this page.... http://www.thefa.com/TheFACup/FACompetitions/TheFACup/NewsAndFeatures/2009/3RP-draw-numbers-251109.aspx It appears we were tie 24 in the 3rd round, so that's our number one assumes.

Should we rest all the key players in the FAC?
markr27 replied to View From The Top's topic in The Saints
Davis James Perry Thomas Mills McLaggon/Waigo Wotton Gobern Holmes Waigo/Pato Saga would I suppose be the so called "rest XI" -
Mumours at the time around where I sit in the Itchen is why did AP not take Harding off (presumably the thought was to rest him and move Mills back to LB) for Wotton?
-
"Not James, not James, not James!"
-
What about Andros Townsend, currently on loan to Leyton Orient from Spurs? Very quick left winger (I think he broke away to set up the second goal during the 2-2 in October) and his deal expires Dec 31st.
-
Matt Taylor was bought from Luton.
-
Seems that Bell will be left out next week, but who comes in? Luke Wright - Batsman bowls a bit Adil Rashid - Batting all-rounder Liam Plunkett - Bowling all-rounder Ryan Sidebottom - Bowler Or is Cook in peril?
-
Brian is apparently happy at Reading, and is out for a while with injury. I have it on good authority he's rather annoyed at this fact, with the Liverpool FA Cup game looming on the horizon!
