This isn't really hard to get - he's old and wants to get a final big pay check as he's spent the vast majority of his career in the lower leagues on, relatively, low wages.

Bit mixed - I think our success in the league cup hurt us in Europe. Everyone round here seems to think we should perform like all the other teams who are always in Europe every season - seems a little unrealistic to me. The club have never hid the fact that when the sell they look to re invest across he squad not just in replacing that one position - so not hugely surprising. If you look at some of the benches we had to put out in the first couple of seasons back in he PL they where dire. In short, yes.

It would have been pretty unfair on their careers if we had forced them to stay. The point is nowadays we can offer European football played in an attacking progressive style - so we should be able to keep hold of our academy players for longer / ever. Everyone do a MLT!

Maybe it's because we haven't had our first choice full backs for most of the season? Maybe a cheap berahinio would be a likely ptransfer aswell - put JRod on Loan there till the end of the season as part of the deal or something.

He's out for the season isn't he? The diamond relies on full backs to provide the width - cuco just doesn't do that very well. Some one cheap I would guess or an ex winger would be a likely candidate.

I think there is room for all 3. Booing can't be done very often or it doesn't mean anything - only a truly abject performance such as losing to a league 2 side in a cup would justify this or getting a 7/8/9 - 0 spanking from someone would do it for me. Football fans have short memories - one day they are complaining the club doesn't give the manager any time and the next day they are complaining that JRod hasn't been shot yet and how dare they give him minutes.
