  1. And what happens when the kittens open their ears and hear the Tory lies? Become LibDems I guess.
  2. Anyone know how big the new Speaker’s package is?
  3. Rory Delap currently Stoke’s caretaker manager!
  4. Do you think that comment is ok? And there is a difference between looking for an argument and calling out a poor comment.
  5. “Apart from a decent rack.” Good to see the level of political debate from a far right Tory is the same as ever.
  6. Put the year of my birth online and taking about 10 minutes to scroll down to the date.
  7. How would you feel if the Falkland Islanders had voted to stay in the EU and now wanted independence?
  8. Indeed. I gave up watching Question Time the other night because any time anyone mentioned anything pro remain their were loud boos from the audience. Brexit is brining out the worst in this country.
  9. United Ireland. Independent Scotland and Wales. Out of the EU. Can you imagine what the state of our economy will be like. But at least we will have got our country back.
  10. Lefty pony decrying what can only be described as a nasty racist point of view. Ok.
  11. One of them will be PM come December so we need to vote for the policies we want even if we don’t like the party leader. Agree with you about Keir Starmer. He was in charge of the CPS when I was there. I sat in a couple of meetings with him and he listens a lot and talks only when he has a question or something worth adding to the discussion - not your usual politician.
  12. Don’t beat around the bush C.B., tell us what you really think! No matter what you think of Corbyn, he has the same problem as Johnson. How do you deal with the different views on Brexit within your party. You think that Corbyn is a cretin and I think that Johnson is a cretin, but neither of them have been able to prevent the fractures in their parties caused by Brexit. In fact it is hard to think of any politician with the clout to be able to find a way forward and unite their party or the country.
  13. And here is national bigotry in all its glory.
  14. Give it a rest Weston. It takes two to make an argument. Can we cut out the personal stuff and deal with the issues?
  15. Not confident that we are not going to get another spanking today. If the weather is as bad in Manchester as it is here our poor little petals won’t fancy it one bit.
  16. What are you talking about? You are just trying to cause an argument where there is none. I don’t condone anti-Semitism in any shape or form. If you want me to say that the Labour leadership haven’t done enough to deal with the issue within their party, then yes, they clearly haven’t.
  17. I voted for Thatcher first time round. It is something I will always regret and I have never voted Tory since. It is one thing sorting out excessive union power, another to turn the country where selfishness became acceptable and it sowed the seeds for the insular, inward looking country we are today.
  18. I know, but a large proportion of people at every club seem to think that slagging people off gets an improvement.
  19. It was the one closest to Jennifer Arcuri’s flat.
  20. For me he was excellent for us last season. This season has been very disappointing so far given the expectations after preseason but we all know that the defensive situation wasn’t properly addressed in the last transfer window. What worries me is that Ralph seems to have lost his mojo and the positivity of last season has been replaced with making the best of a bad job.
  21. Wow! That was value for money. From memory they had not long changed from being a hippy duo Tyrannosaurus Rex to poppy electric band T. Rex. Lots of screaming girls in the audience S they just had a hit with Ride A White Swan. My next live gig was Deep Purple which looks much better on the CV.
  22. This will be interesting. If Farage can get enough candidates to contest every seat (he might need to call on Duckie and Batman ) . The make up of Parliament for the next 5 years could be quite bizarre and based on just one issue.
  23. Just watching Johnson on the news telling us what a great deal he has negotiated. That would be the deal with a border down the Irish Sea which he told us a year ago that no Tory would ever agree to?
  24. Let’s not forget Father of the House Ken Clarke, booted out after 49 years service to the party. Bloody pinko!
  25. No Shroppie, Fairfield Halls, Croydon.
