I was responding to this post from Batman in which he says that Burley "was shyte." If you want to narrow it down to his time at Southampton then in his one full season as manager he took us to the play offs. If you and Batman think that was "shyte" sobeit.

I have considered the fact that love could be a factor, even when they have been totally humiliated in the media. But I think that you statement that money has nothing to do with it is somewhat naïve. Do you really think that many of these footballers would get a sniff with many of these women if they were postmen or plumbers?
