Perhaps the forum members could all club together, hire out one of the suites at the ground, have a few beers, and then all embrace in a group hug. Maybe then we could all move forward.

Quite agree in relation to SRL. Excellent football brain, great ball striker, great vision, might get some set piece goals for a change. Won't happen but couldn't do any harm.

If you let any decent side walk the ball in to your half completely unopposed you're asking for trouble. They had so much time to pick a pass it was absurd....and we even made Wanyama look like Gerrard at times. No hassling or harrying at all until we went down to 10 men. Spurs are a good side but we made them look so much better than they are.

Other sides have done it, but I don't think we're the type of team who likes to get back together with ex-girlfriends - we split up and going back rarely hits the same highs as first time round.

I know it's business, but you'd like to think that with all the deals we've done with likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, Man U, that there might be a bit flexibility our way for loan moves of players (strikers in this case) who need game time etc....a bit of "you scratch my back"...

Maybe we should add a "Personal Opinions Tolerated" section to the site which mirrors the normal forum. Only people can say how they feel about the thread in question without the words "bed wetter" etc being used every other post when people voice their concerns or thoughts on the thread topic.

Can't believe I'm hearing Jenas justify defenders holding on to players "what else is he supposed to do?" Try defending properly rather than just wrapping your arms around the opposition. Tw*t.

It's easy to forget the tough first 3-6 months....we've a 3 year old and it's very fresh in the memory....at the beginning take each day as it comes, keep telling yourself it'll get easier and you'll get more sleep soon....and try and sleep when you can! Other than that, try and enjoy it although can be tricky at times!
