Not surprised really by the result really, although how the challenge on Mane in the box (69 mins ish) wasn't a pen I have no idea, regardless of whether the ball was going out or not. Blatant shoulder charge. Anywhere else on the pitch its a free kick. Last point, I don't think I've seen many players dive and fall over as much as Naismith. Did it at SMS this season, and looked like he was brought on to do the same today. Hardly in the spirit of most Scots I'd say. Girl.

I reckon if you seriously quizzed Woy as to the exact reasons for RBs omission he wouldn't be able to give you any. Although that's probably because there aren't any. Jesus wept.

Sadly even if we picked our best players in the correct position it still won't make them our national side technically good enough to compete with even the most average of international teams. It'll always end up with us punting the ball forwards in the hope it'll lead to something rather than passing our way to goal scoring positions. IMO of course.

Terrible overall selection once again....from our point of view, Bertrand an integral part of the best defence in the PL but still can't get in. Why can't the England hierarchy see what the rest of us can see? I hope one day to genuinely enthuse about our national team.

Thought Swansea defended excellently, a game plan that worked. If you're then going to keep backing off Shelvey, the inevitable will happen. And did. Final ball was generally woeful. Can't really complain about the result, a classic smash and grab win.

Surely these guys know (Clyne apart) that they won't get the same game time or a guaranteed start if they move to a "bigger" club, and their careers could nosedive. When you're on £30-£50k per week is another £10-20k per week really worth that? Just don't get it.
