Isn't it the normal state for almost all flair player - inconsistency? I think some fans have a hard time to appreciate "flair" players. Flair players are more likely to be inconsistent because they aren't pulling off the ordinary stuff. When Tadic is on beat he's hugely valuable for the team. Lack of form and Puels tactics hasn't helped him this season but I think he will come good again with right management and motivation. Utter madness to wanna get rid IMO

When is it time to start worrying? Surely he must be gone by the week if its gonna happen?

Really bad = close to the bottom or worst case relegation battle. 5 wins out of the 18 last games. 0 goals in last 5 home games. Freeaking mystery we finished 8th (ofc the Pro-puel camp can't see this) I think we finish around the same next year in the table, but with better football and more points. Hard to predict though when the transfer window hasn't even opened.

You are blinded by your mancrush on Puel if you can't see what a huge step back we have taken this season. You can be all jolly about finishing 8th but next season could go really bad if we continue "as is".

That will never happened. It would be tremendously stupid business to offload/let leave two young talented players with great potential with a big loss (likely if we sell at this point).

2013/2014 : 56 points. 2014/2015: 60 points. 2015/2016 63 points. 2016/2017: 46-4X?. I'm not gonna applaud that. Keeping thing "as is" could be disastrous. Im sure the club will take actions like Ralph has indicated.

Who cares about the statistics? Its way more simple, you watch the game and you feel either entertained or not. Statistics can show you that a lot of people think its been boring this season.

Good interview by Kruger. He can obviously not say too much but there is a lot reading between the lines here. He doesn't seem happy how the season has gone and actions need to be done.

I'm glad some have enjoyed the season that much. For me its been quite the opposite, a really frustrating season - obviously with the exception of the cupfinal. But besides that the large part was not as enjoyable as i would have wished for. I had much higher expectation of the european adventure, the PL campaign and FA cup. I really hope next season is gonna be far far better. I will remember the cupfinal - the rest naaah.

You always seem to unconditionally back up the manager/club regardless of style of play or results. As a saint fan from Sweden Saints style of play of recent years has attracted interest here from people following the PL. This season...not so much. If we want our fanbase to grow internationally an entertaining style of play is vital.

Good team performance so far by everyone but Tadic and Redmond who need to shape up.

I thought it was good money at that point but in hindsight it was too cheap. Especially when taking into account that players of less quality goes for the same money or even much more in recent years (Sterling, Xhaka, Mustafi, Benteke, Stones).

Puel tactics written all over it. Boring everyone to death.

So showing ambition is now equivalent to acting like a 8/80 year old and complaining and sulking about everything. If you can't appreciate the fantastic development this club has done in recent years you support the wrong team mate. Of course its valid to be a bit disappointed about this season which I believe a lot of fans is.

This sums up our season perfectly. I'm not impressed with Puel yet but would probably give him another season to prove himself. Unless there is no truth in "he has lost the dressing room". If key players don't like him it should be easy peasy -get rid! No smoke without fire..
