I know it's very early on in the season but it feels like half a season has gone with the amount of goals and wins we've had, what do you reckon at this stage has been the best because I still smile when I remember what I've seen. Best goal scored: Best Champagne moment: Best game so far: Best player at this stage: Most Improved player:

I forget my season ticket every game so I pay £10, cheaper than a match day ticket!

Or wiping his nose on the shirt, it's amazing how a photo can confuse people. Last night I was learning forward to hear someone in a noisy place, would a photo show me ramming my tongue down his throat?
-
I remember Clawley, I will never forget that double save he did against Wayne Clooney.
-
Saints have not lost at home this year and I reckon we have not dropped a point too, could be wrong?
-
13 straight home wins.
-
I know we are on a cracking run at the moment but am I right that out of the last 20 games we have won 19? Anymore amazing facts about our team please as it's truly amazing to read it.

What concerns me is that Adkins believe the season finishes in January. Question: 'So Saints are top of the league Nigel'. 'January is when it matters'. huh
-
Do people not realise that having players coming for the ball creates space up the field for those that really matter. As an opposition manager I would not let us play it around so I would ask my players to push up or chase it down which results in tiredness eventually don't you think?
-
If he waited a few months then he could watch us swap places.

I think Harlee Dean will make the bench next week and plus Reeves. A great future with some of the young players we have coming through and if two out of the 15 man squad we have make it then that is a success. I will put my neck on the line and say Sinclair and Elds will make it to the first team by next year.

Why not have something interesting to add to the forum rather than correct what everyone is saying?
-
Always wondered why we never went for him in the first place as he is fast & raw. The Mirror article does come across as bull**** because nobody knows that we will come back with an offer because I know Adkins would not of picked up the phone and told anyone.
-
You would think that those two would be snapped up by us asap as they fit perfectly. Here's hoping.
-
It's something like won loads and lost very little and as for draws I don't do them! I'm not worried about losing him as he knows we are going to be a great club soon, even if he did leave Cortese is no mug.

Just a thought after reading the 'a new saint' thread. Has anyone got a story to tell us about yourself or friends that have failed to make their child a Saint? I know my dad did the very same to me as a crazy spurs supporter but at the age of 6 I told him I wanted to be a saint. gutted he was, utterly gutted how I wanted to give up on a team that was a class above saints.

Drive him to the St Mary's doorstep with a football and do some keepy uppy's until someone spots him! If that fails then write to the club with the title attn: Youth coaches. Good luck & well done for doing this.

Saw them down west quay Thursday last week, thought at the time we had a youth match earlier. They are about 18 and about 6 ft 2 each. They look like pro footballers and not supporters.
-
Which striker could you realistically see us getting on the Bus next week?

Only emergency indeed so it will be because someone is injured, also Sibley said it's a 93 day loan we can have if we bring anyone in. The problem with bringing in a loan from a premiership club is you have to agree to pay almost all of his wages which is where we come unstuck. -
The deal did go through for Puncheon to QPR. Gone for good
-
This deal was agreed this afternoon, had a text saying it was in the bag after we agreed a fee with Burnley. what happened next I have no idea but you would of thought Saints had known before hand that he was not interested? IMHO it was the wages we offered him which killed the deal.

In the squad for Swindon would be nice but my slight concerns on Stephens is his temper, often lost it in that game and wanted fisticuffs once or twice.
-
That's like saying you have a choice between eating dog poo or rump steak. Only one decent manager for us in that group while the other threes was totally useless, however having a knob for a chairman never helped!
-
Yes indeed it's bright, we are lacking height up there but bloody hell we are knocking it around against a good academy in Utd.

Just read Jay Rod prefers Burton Albion over Saints.
